We were having Star testing in our district. As always, teachers go out of there way to take care of students. We treat the students out of pocket to breakfast for 4 days during testing. So I called Carl's jr and ordered breakfast biscuits for 20 students. During the order, I asked if they can substitute the sausages for bacon and they said, yes! When I picked up the order, it was the wrong thing they DID NOT give us bacon as we had asked we got sausages. None of the students had breakfast that morning thanks to Steven at Jackson's Carl's Jr. Because sausages are not a liked meat. Not only did they screw up the order, but they refused to reimburse me for there mistakes! $54.00 worth of food down the drain. Not to mention 20 students went without breakfast during Caasp(Star) testing. Shame on you Carl's Jr!! Mc Donald's, Taco Bell and Jack-in-the-Box never screw up orders this size. Your so call restaurant is a shame to the community! I will continue to put shame on you until you get a real manager who is people oriented, because the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Even when they're wrong. Any corporation will tell you that. Your competitors will hear about this because I will see to personally after visiting each one and telling them my story. SHAME ON...
Read moreService was questionable due to one young lady who persisted to make it impossible to place my order because of her lack of patience and bad attitude . She made it very clear that the customer service was her last concern and her rude behavior brought on by my her right from the GET of our drive through order experience was her personal poor taste in who lack of integrity and respect for the Carl's Jr. franchises. I would have complained at the time of the incident but if I had time to spare than I suppose I would have been catering to her and what she so obviously WAS by far lacking , in job performance. ,,,, if missing my appointment to teach her what she so sadly lacked in which I feel was more than employee training ,, well if it wouldve helped her than we'll that's really not my job . Some of us actually have jobs to keep and she showed no concern for the privilege I was hoping to use to my needs at that time ,, she took upon her self to disregard a simple display of respect and lack of showmanship for the sake of huge importance to a longtime fan of carls Jr. Team and employee responsibilities. Now the first time we went Jeffery gave us excellent service whomever was in charge of the food that night - amazing, so we went back as would anybody else. The second time we went back the service wasn’t as good and our chicken sandwich was DRENCHED with mayo. We didn’t go back for a min because of that. Today we went by there to give them one more shot. Service was ok, We ordered our original chicken sandwich without mayo. Checked out our sandwiches and they had completely different “buns” then the first two times we have went and from my understanding they started using sourdough bread “buns” since 2021?
