Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in California

The only reason I didn’t give this location 5 stars is because they aren’t open as late as the other spots in town but honestly it’s worth the trade off for how consistently good their food and service is, especially in comparison to McDonald’s or Jack in the Box in town. Everything’s hot, well packaged, and made correctly. The staff are all friendly and communicative, they ask if you need sauce or things to go with your meal unlike other spots in town. The prices and hours may not be great but the food and staff make it worth it at this location. Not sure why so many people are giving this place low stars for the AI, if you speak clearly and slowly it’s not difficult to have it to your order correctly. Even if it doesn’t, they’re pretty quick to ask what you need corrected. I go to this spot probably once every week to a couple weeks and I’ve never had issues like I’ve had at other places in town. I think the AI works fine if you don’t bark at it. I can’t believe people complain about being asked to back up when nobody’s in line too 🤣 I’ve done that, it’s not like they take longer to get you your order…it’s keeping good metrics for unrealistic situations…why is it such a big hassle to put your car in reverse literally five feet and come back to help someone out when nobody’s in line. For a non junkfood junky, this establishment actually surprised me. I don't eat fastfood, by any means, but I decided to break my healthy eating lifestyle to interrogate this local Carl's Jr. establishment. Upon walking into here, I immediately noticed the attention that was placed on presentation and cleanliness. The place was spotless and I couldn't find any trash anywhere. There was spacious dining and although there was only 2 groups dining-in, I could tell you could bring a big family here and still have great seating. The service was interesting. It was friendly and yet timid at the same time. That's probably because I came in playing rap music on my iPhone and I did this intentionally to see how they would react to it. Not much to my surprise, the attendant was prompt and friendly and when I asked for his opinion on the menu, his superior promptly jumped-in and encouraged me with her ratings. It was great service and probably was a new hirey that I dealt with and all went well. Ordered over $25 worth of binge food and was on my way; but not before I interrogated the restrooms. I was amazed how your Team member (Francisa) worked and showed concern to assisting the customers. This made me go back into the store and see if this was normal for the TeamMembers here. To my amazement again, not only the Team Member Francisa and the Shift Manager Ana was just as concerned about customer service and being so assisting to not only myself but to every customer that came into the store. Francisca brought my food, asked if I needed any thing, everytime she walked by serving other customers she always asked how things were if she could get anything for me. Ana also asked this every time she walked by. I thought I was in a regular type resteraunt. There actions and professional work ethics is beyond reproach.
