Worst possible Carl's Jr. on the planet!! Hands down!!

I live nearby and sometimes we need a quick fix. This has to be the worst possible fast food restaurant ever made. I honestly make the drive to Healdsburg to avoid this place if I can.

The employees are the rudest, most aggressive and incompetent people and the management is just as bad. Please avoid this business if you care for at least half ass decent or at very least the risk of some jerk messing with your food.

99% they get your orders wrong or just plain out give you someone else's order and they never give you the receipt and rush you on thru. And because I know they don't get orders correctly I honestly check my food either before driving out the drive thru or in the parking lot. The multiple times I have been asked to drive on by employees there has always been an issue with my order and even though I just drove thu, when I kindly walk in to get it corrected there is always been a harassing manager ready to fight me about my missing or wrong items. They demand a receipt even if my order is still viewable on the screen knowing darn well they purposely don't hand them out.

I have also known several employees personally and they do purposely mess with people's food just for kicks, which is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard. As well as the blatant discussions that can be overheard at the counter.

This was the most disappointing fast food experience I've ever had. Super poor communication skills coupled with providing the wrong stuff. Had to wait for quite a bit and the bread was crusty. The sauce was lacking. The meat was cold. Check my other reviews. I do not give bad reviews. Please do not go here until they get it together. Also, I can't tell if they overcharged me because the receipt I got was for $48 but my meal was supposed to be $22. It looks like this was someone else's receipt. I got the wrong size drinks. When I asked about it the man was not really that bothered nor did he fix it and then he just didn't answer the window. I'm not into Karen like behavior but to be honest I am broke as a joke right now and I'm not playing about $20. If I paid for a large give me a large and if I double paid you sure as heck better give me a large and fresh food. Super sad because I could have used a win today...

Iv been eating at this restraint about one a week for the last 20 years, lately Iv noticed getting home after going through the drive through there has been something missing from my order, fries, desert etc. Last week I called to complain about this issue, I left a message and actually got a call back from the franchise owner, he assured me the problem was being solved and he would tell the manager to give me a desert to make up for the missing desert on my last visit to his restaurant. Today I went in and when I told the manager about the promise the owner made me and also told him about the regularity of missing food items from my orders recently, he actually thought it was funny and told me the owner had not mentioned anything to him.
