Between my classes I drove from school to this store to get a salad a drink and fries. After 10 minutes waiting at the drive through my food was ready, and the understanding person that I am, I didn’t double check the bag to hold up drive through and I left. When I was about to eat my food, I realized they forgot utensils. I call the store telling them I won’t have time nor the money to buy food again that day, I asked for a refund of my salad. THAT WAS THE LEAST THEY COULD HAVE DONE, considering the circumstances. I called the store telling the situation, manager was saying they can’t refund me, but they’ll give me a free salad later. I explained I was going to be hungry if they don’t refund me. After the manager asked for my card information said he can’t do anything with a credit card and he could’ve given me a refund if it was a REGULAR CARD!!!! Update: Drove through today. Ordered two salads, 2 spicy chicken deluxe meals and an 8 piece chicken nuggets. All but the chicken nuggets made it home. What a disappointment. I thought about checking my order because it hasn't been the first time an item was missing from my order. But then again why should I check, come on. How difficult could it be. I don't see a staff shortage. They seem to have plenty of help. Called the number on my receipt to complain. Only taking messages. I left one. I hope someone calls me... listening Bob Sun? Not trying to sound harsh..but very dissatisfied with service today.

Read moreGot to be the worst service I received and usually it's fine. I always expect poor service from McDonald's, not here. We go here a lot due to it being close to my kids school. Went through the drive through and handed the staff a piece of paper with my order to make sure nothing is forgotten but unfortunately that's not the case this time. Ice cream was missing, fries instead of fruit on one of the kids meal, no pickles on the side that was ordered, and completely wrong sandwich (spicy instead of regular) - was supposed to be one spicy deluxe and one regular. I can usually accept one error but multiple mistakes compounds the poor experience. This particular franchise we work with from school fundraisers so I'm a bit disappointed.
