ALDI — Local services in Walnut

I would give zero stars if I would, I had trouble finding something so I asked the manager, a ghastly looking woman with disgusting blonde and brown hair for help. She ignored me then when I said excuse me again she said “what” with the dirtiest look on her face. I asked if I could grab something from her pallet as I didn’t want to grab without asking first and she said sure. When I went to grab something towards the bottom she said in the snarkiest way “well didn’t grab form the bottom or else it’s gonna fall” I was so shocked by her attitude I just walked away. When I went to checkout with her she again gave me a very dirty look and was also extremely rude to other customers. I would rather go to an Aldi in another town then be faced with this horrible service. It was so bad I left my car and just walked out of the store. This place has rude cashier employees. They offered me a car upon checking out as she put in my items, but she did no ask if I wanted a bag. Then when I was walking out with the cart, she asked me if I came in with the cart. I said no and she said I needed to take my stuff out. I said ok but can I have a bag? It costs $0.10 she said. I told her you didn't ask if I wanted a bag and that she offered me the cart. Very rude!! I had my child with me as I was digging around in my purse for $0.10. At this point it was becoming a scene. I told my child that we have to pay for the bag. Then the cashier just gave me the bag because the customer (woman with no child) waiting at the cashier who also did not come in with the cart, needed the cart. I got the bag & put my stuff in it &...trying to hurry before my young child gets impatient. Very rude staff...we may not return to...

The workers were cold, rude and pushy. I had asked a few of the workers for items they are absolutely unhappy to help. I accidentally left my hand sanitizer in the car asked if I could get a little before putting 5 small items into my bag. I was told no eventhough they had a bottle next to them, and I should get the stuff outside. I have noticed within the last month they are pushy and rude with their words, and I even had someone claiming to look in the back for cheese, but he never returned. I have been in lines of 10 people while workers set and chat in the checkout. The equality of service has declined, the kindness isn't there anymore. Just please be polite and professional. Otherwise Aldi should get self checkouts with one worker over seeing them at least I can move fast, not get...
