In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Diamond Bar

Monday 6/17/24 Dinner at In-N-Out Burger in City of Industry. I was excited to order the fried onion rings from the secret menu I that saw in Tik Tok. I’ve confirmed that It was fake advertisement; I was disappointed. INO got so many onions (raw and animal style) to compliment their burgers but no fried onion rings. Why? I don’t like INI fries as they get soggy quickly and their well done fries (from secret menu) were too dry inside. Thus, I’ve ordered 2 hamburger and a drink (pink lemonade). Both burgers and drink hit the spot.

Great staffs/team. They worked very hard and smoothly. The restaurant was cleaned and has bright lighting.

Attention INO CORPORATION: please consider adding the fried onion rings to your menu. I’ll be the first to go try it.

Sunday 12/3/23 Dinner at In N Out Burger in City of Industry. Craving for a double double burger. It’s a good burger and consistency every time I’ve ordered it at In N Out burger.

Bailey, cashier, was friendly, courteous, and service with a smile. She was very personable as well. This restaurant has a great team of over 12 workers worked in unison and handled many customers with large groups in a timely manner with their orders. Great job team! I applaud this team. Great training and management.

Restaurant was cleaned and has a modern decor.

I've heard a lot of reputation of In-N-Out awhile ago, as my GF claimed this was the best fast food in the States (in friendly price category).

Since I finally had a chance to visit Los Angeles, so this is one of the must thing to do in Los Angeles. So here we go!

First, we'd arrived at 7:30 PM and It wasn't packed, the atmosphere was the bright, clean, and friendly staff.

Second, we'd ordered three of set no. 1, and 1 cheeseburger. My friend knew how to make In-N-Out burgers better since he's local. He got me an over-baked burger, so the burger skin was very crispy, and give a sense of crunchiness every bite when we chewed. Great job!

He also asked for grilled chopped onion, the grilled smokey aroma went through every bite that we had. Awesome!

The fries were very great. I could sense an organic taste, sharp shredded potato with a creamy spreader. I didn't want to say but I believed these fries were very solid and made me feel like really chewing something. Fantastic!

My drink was Root Beer which for some reason I'd felt it's tasted thicker, and richer than Root Beer in other fast food places in NY. (Probably I was hypnotized, lol)

Anyway, I rated this In-N-Out as my fav place. I didn't say its quality was very good since it's very reasonable, and friendly price....

In-N-Out Hamburgers, I believe are the best hamburgers out there. I like to order the "not on the menu" Double-Double Animal Style--adding Chillies. The Animal Style has 2 beef patties fried in mustard, caramelized onions, cheese, and special mayo-ketchup sauce in addition to all the fixings of a regular burger. The chillies add just a little spicy flavor and are more like a pepperchinie than anything someone may dare you to eat. In addition to the special burger, I like to order the Animal Fry's which are another 'not on the menu " special item which features french fries topped with cheese sauce, In-N-Out secret spread, and grilled onions. Yum! To drink, their Lemonade is a winner in my book. Service wise, the help is usually chipper and quite friendly. Atmosphere wise, they're a diner type place, open, loud, usually very clean. One can usually order, eat and be in-n-out...
