I was excited when I saw a chipotle open in my neighborhood and couldn’t wait to support this location but I was wrong about my excitement.
I’ve been here about 10 times and each time I tell myself I won’t be back but this is the last time for me.
Today I encountered a short young lady with dark hair who took over the order from the original person helping me. They accidentally put black beans in my kids meal and I just asked that they put pinto on the side and I would pay for it. She completely ignored my request and threw away the food and started over. That does not make sense to at all. People are starving across the world and here we are blatantly throwing away food even after I requested to pay for a side of pinto beans and keep the kids order the way it was.
Then she began making my wife’s burrito bowl and I said extra lettuce. She literally put 3 pieces of lettuce on the bowl and then said what else. I thought this has to be a joke but she was serious. I said I’m not telling you what else I want until I get extra lettuce and offered to pay extra for it as well. She finally put extra lettuce on the bowl.
Then it came to my burrito and the original gentleman that was helping me started my burrito and when he put the chicken on the burrito I clearly heard her tell him “that’s too much”. I get home and ate my rice & beans burrito but paid for chicken. There was literally 10 pieces of chicken max on the entire burrito.
I offered to pay extra for extra lettuce, pinto beans due to their mistake, each request was ignored. This little girl is acting like she owns the place and stepped into an order when she was only supposed to do the salsa & cheese section. She was very abrasive and not polite. Even after I said thank you to each person in there they couldn’t say you’re welcome. I remained polite because I’m not going to stoop to their level.
Overall I would say do not support this location and go to the authentic Mexican restaurant on Marconi that serves larger portions and appreciates your business. I predict this location will close within 1 year if they don’t check their employees a little better. Everyone is rude except the cooks & hate to say this without sounding out of pocket but the Latin folks that work there. They are always very polite and professional. I don’t know who these kids are but they are ruining the business...
Read moreI recently visited Chipotle on 06/29/2023 at 2:35 pm (Order# 208) and unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of appalling. I placed an order for three salads and encountered an employee who displayed a shocking level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. It is with great disappointment that I share my negative experience, particularly concerning the person responsible for handling my order.
Upon arriving at the pickup counter and paying for my order, I politely inquired if everything had been added to my salads. Instead of a simple response, the employee chose to remain silent and acted dismissively towards me. To my utter disbelief, he proceeded to open each bowl of salad and carelessly tossed the covers aside. It was evident that he lacked any regard for the presentation of the food or customer satisfaction.
I had expected a certain level of professionalism from Chipotle, as I have been a loyal customer for a considerable period of time.
To conclude, my visit to Chipotle on 06/29/2023 was marked by a distressing encounter with an employee who was rude, dismissive, and exhibited a complete lack of professionalism. The incident of carelessly throwing the covers of my salad bowls and showing no regard for customer satisfaction was simply unacceptable. I hope that Chipotle addresses this issue promptly and takes measures to ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism...
Read moreI just visited this Chipotle with my 7 year old daughter to grab some lunch. When it came time to pay, I wasn't sure which way to put my card into the machine, so the payment didn't go through. Mind you, I pulled up my bank account app and showed that I had thousands of dollars in my account and that my card couldn't have been declined. I then proceeded to put my card's chip in their machine only to, again, have the transaction not go through. The young girl at the register went and brought over another blonde woman who looked to be in her younger 30's. She approached me and just said that there's nothing we can do and grabbed the food to pull it away from me. She didn't even try to assist with the payment process. She just said to call my financial establishment. I called my bank and they told me that they didn't see ANY declined payments or attempts of payment at a "Chipotle." I ended up paying cash, but was upset that the "manager" didn't try to assist with the issue. She only had a cold attitude and said that there was nothing she could do. I feel like they could've had a bit more patience and professionalism as customer service reps and just guided me correctly on how to use their machine. This error was on Chipotle not on me or my financial establishment. It was embarrassing and not a pleasent experience. I will not...
