This place is incredibly slow with mobile/online/DoorDash orders. There’s been multiple times where there are 25 people waiting for their orders, as the store will always bring out the orders a half hour late. Another annoying thing, they will bring out like 8 or 9 orders at once. If they’re ready, we shouldn’t have to wait every 15 minutes to bring them out all at once. If you try and ask them if they could check on it back there they always say it’s not ready yet and to go wait, yet they’ll bring out 8 or 9 orders at once! Very rude employees. I also went in there the other day, and I kid you not, they had at least 8 employees working, most standing around and talking or on their phones, and since it was a slow time, there were no walk in customers, yet, despite those facts, there were about 10 Dashers waiting for their order. I don’t understand how that many people could be working and have no walk in customers yet they couldn’t put some emphasis on the online orders. This place is a joke. If you’re in Elk Grove, I recommend going to the Chipotle at the corner of Franklin and Elk Grove Blvd, it is much faster with better employees. This place is ran horribly though. Read moreSorry to sound so upset but this whole experience today has been horrible. First, I placed an order at 10:05am-10:10am and it said it would be ready at 10:50am because the store opens at 10:45am. I get there around 10:35 and wait until they open, they didn't open the doors until 10:50am-ish. I get it, running late, whatever, I didnt get my order until 11:20am-11:25am. There were several angry people in the store also waiting a long period of time for their food. I get home and transfer my food to a plate, like I always do and notice there is absolutely no meat on the burrito bowl, which is the main dollar and protein factor to the meal. Also, my quesadilla order had black beans instead of brown rice. Guess we just throw in whatever we want to someone else's order. I've called the store several times and cannot get thru, I was on my lunch period so I am unable to go back. At this point the food is cold!! This whole experience was completely unacceptable to say the least. I will NEVER go back there again! 😕

Read moreThe mobile/online delivery orders seem to always have an issue. So far, I've ordered about 15-20 times from this place during recent events, and I could only count a single time when the "Promised" delivery time wasn't late. Last time I ordered from here, the so-promised wait time was about 20 minutes, but I had to wait over an hour for my food. About 70% of the time the chips will be burnt, food will be cold and the sour cream will have saturated into the hard taco shell, they will replace the steak with something else (This happened 1 time) or they will forget the drink, which happened about 3 times. The first time they failed to deliver a "Mexican Coca-Cola" that I ordered, Chipotle AND DoorDash refused to do anything about it (Chipotle had told me to contact DoorDash) until the next day. The Coke arrived at about 6-7AM that morning (why that early? I usually get up at around 9 to noon) but someone else in our household was able to get it, and the same day Chipotle refunded us with a free meal. Customer service is somewhat decent as long as they can provide refunds if the customer isn't satisfied, but Chipotle needs to do better. Probably won't be ordering delivery...
