So when you call Domino's they have an automated system that picks up and tells you the specials. At the tail end of the special the young man picks up the phone. I asked him about the special for $22.99 ask if it was two pizzas with 2 toppings for 1 Pizza with 2 toppings he then asked me well what was the offer. So now the question is why did I still order the pizza??? I got the special for $22.99 which consisted of two large pizzas with two toppings a two liter or parm bites. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage and then I got a half cheese half bacon for the other Pizza can someone tell me why there was no cheese on the side where the bacon is I really don't understand why I have to specify that I want cheese on the whole pizza. The first and only time I got pizza from this specific Domino's they were really nice I went in there and I picked it up they were bumping a little Janet Jackson that's why I ordered the pizza. I think that if I'm calling your establishment and I tell you that I want something and I'm specific about it that you should be able to finish my sentence or tell me what it is that I'm talking about or at least let me know what you're offering not ask me what the offer was you should know. Because Domino's has been in business for so long I know that they have a phone protocol that this gentleman should have went by so that's one star. I don't think I should have to specify unless I am ordering online that I want cheese on the whole pizza especially when half of it is supposed to be only cheese so there goes another star. The other part about them being one point one mile away from where I was at the time and the pizza being warm and not hot there's another star. So why am I even giving them to stars at all well like I said the first time I went in they were really nice so they get a star for that. And honestly the second star they got his for their delivery driver I don't blame her for my pizza being warm and not hot she is very nice. However because I am leaving this review and I don't leave reviews normally unless you're absolutely spectacular if you're horrible I just kind of let you pay this place has a lot of potential and could do better and I think that's what disappointed me I will no longer patronize this establishment I wish...
Read moreWe normally order from Pizza Hut or pick-up from Little Ceasars, but since Domino's is closer to where we live, we decided to give them a shot.... what a mistake. My boyfriend ordered online and paid with his card, I went to go pick up the pizza- which we do almost everytime we order food online or over the phone. The stated wait time for the pizza to be ready was 15-20 minutes and I was there at the 15 minute mark, happy to wait the extra 5 in order to bring it home hot.
Well I got to the counter to pick up my pizza and the pretty rude clerk told me that even though the order was already paid for and I had my boyfriend's card with me, a debit card I might add, I couldn't pick up my order without my boyfriend and his ID. A problem I have never experienced ANYWHERE in all my years of ordering food- including from their competitors. Really, isn't that the point of ordering online? So I paid for it, which wasn't actually a huge deal, just really annoying not to have good customer service.
The real problem was that my pizza and wings had been sitting on an unwarmmed rack for clearly what had been awhile. This rude chick even had trouble finding it! The box wasn't even warm when she finally found it and handed it to me, and by the time I got home the pizza was COLD.... what a disappointment.
What a horrible first impression. I will happily be going back to using their competitors and telling everyone else I know to do the same.
Don't go to this Domino's. Just go with any other pizza place you can find.... Little Ceasars is just around the block along with Round Table and Mountain Mike's, and Pizza Hut is on Elkhorn. You are honestly better off with ANY of...
Read moreYa I would give it no stars if possible. Worked there for less than a week and just couldn't prepare or subject ppl to the gross practices of this place. For anyone who orders pan pizza they just keep reusing the same nasty pans all day and just wipe the old grease/fake butter out with a nasty old rag. The whole week I was there I never saw anyone wash one pan or one tub other than myself and the next day I'd grab the pans or tubs n they'd still be sticky and have nasty burnt flakes on the pans and was told at one point not to wash them because it's busy and we need them. So I wouldn't order anything that they cook in those pans. And also they have Alfredo sauce which needs to be refrigerated if you are not using it at all times in my week never heard anyone getting sick from that but with these guys it's inevitable and one minute we are using scales to scale out ingredients then next minute they will use the barest of the bare minimum for your cheese and toppings it's unreal I'd spend the extra and go to round table across the street because it's at least quality and I'm sure they at least wash pans and employees are a lot more professional no direction or quality control its...
