ZERO STARZ !
On sept 8th and it is now sept 16th and I have yet to receive a call back about this..
Let me start by saying “restrooms for customers only” it completely understandable.
So me and my 5 year old daughter decided to go here for lunch but as we are arriving my daughter has to use the bathroom. You know kids and their potty dances. So I walk straight in to take her to the bathroom as I am approaching the bathroom the manager rushed from the kitchen to tell me the bathrooms are for customers only. Again completely understandable but as a mother I am not going to allow my child to pee on herself to order first. (We were not once asked were we eating there by the way). I close the door and help my daughter use the bathroom.
As we are in the bathroom I notice that there isn’t any tissue so I open the door but standing in front of it blocking my daughter and ask for tissue. The lady asks “tissue or toilet” I say toilet paper. She looks between myself and the door where my daughter is using the bathroom. Then walks down the hall and asks me again “tissue or brown paper towels” I said toilet paper. She walks back down the hall towards me and tries to take the tissue in the bathroom and says “I will put it in” I said my daughter is on the toilet because there isn’t any tissue. She then asks “what is your problem” I said first off you didn’t even asks if we were going to order. She raises her voice and tells me before I finished my sentence “the sign says customer only” along with some other stuff that at that point It was going in on ear and out the other. I put my hand out for the roll of tissue because again my daughter is on the toilet she pushes the toilet paper in my hand with attitude and I turn around into the bathroom. My daughter is now hiding behind the door because not only did she keep looking in the door, she wanted to put the tissue in the bathroom where my 5 year old daughter is using it. At this point I’m frustrated but my daughter still would like to eat so we go to order.
I asked for and I quote “a ten piece combo with salt & pepper but can you make 3 wings plain for the baby” she said “it only comes with 2 flavors” with lots of attitude.. so I calmly repeat myself and she then takes my order. My baby asks for bread after paying so I go back up and order bread. I asked can I add “2 rolls” so she comes out the back to ring me up and she says something as she walks out (I assume to the cook) I said excuse me I didn’t hear you she ignored me and set the receipt on the counter. Must I add the bread was so hard we didn’t eat it, but at this point I didn’t even want to make an issue.
As me and my daughter are eating, I look up and she is mugging up. At this point I’m uncomfortable. I have contacted not only corporate but I am also contacting my lawyer. This is NOT OKAY ! Must I add THIS IS THE MANAGER...
Read moreUPDATE: Since the “owner” responded: It’s disappointing to see Fire Wings deflect blame instead of taking accountability for a poorly handled situation. The issue wasn’t just with my order—it was with the overall lack of communication, refusal to issue refunds, and the unprofessional behavior of staff. Marking orders as “ready” when they aren’t, then telling customers to dispute charges with their bank, is unacceptable.
When there are more than 10 customers in the store all stating the same issues, the problem is clearly with your staff, not the customers. Instead of addressing these concerns, you’re implying the issue was with me. This response only reinforces why I won’t be returning. I was able to go fire wings in Fair Oaks today and get my same order with none of the issues I experienced at this location. —————————————————————— I ordered online through Fire Wings’ website and received a text that my food was ready two hours later (understandable given the Super Bowl rush). When I arrived, it was a disaster. Dozens of frustrated customers, no communication from staff, and complete chaos. Employees did not provide updates on orders and even refused refunds for food they couldn’t fulfill. One customer even grabbed an order that was not his and left after arguing with the employees who refused to communicate with him.
Despite marking my order as “ready,” they told me I’d have to wait another hour. When I asked for a refund, I was told I couldn’t get one and should dispute it with my credit card instead—completely unacceptable. The manager and staff refused to provide the manager’s name and were visibly overwhelmed. It was clear they didn’t plan properly for a busy event, and instead of problem-solving and handling the situation professionally, they took their frustration out on customers. Absolutely unacceptable service. If you can’t handle high-demand days, at least be honest with customers instead of misleading them and taking their money. I won’t be coming back and will be disputing with my...
Read moreNot coming back. I am really disappointed in this place. There reviews were great but everything else was poor. I get there and order never been here before so excited to try new things. She said 15 minutes it took almost 40. First off, I'm from the bay so garlic fries are a must. These weren't garlic fries. Where is the garlic? The best thing about the fry is the butter and garlic. It was all parmesan I didn't taste even a little garlic. Second we got 2 combos bone in 8 pieces. Mine were jamaican jerk and cali bbq. First opened my plate and I thought I had the wrong food. It smelled like curry. I'm not a fan of curry but I have eaten good dishes with it before. There was was too much curry in the seasoning I couldn't tell it was jerk. Bbq spice tasted like one you can get at the store. All the wings were completely dry and small. My husband's lemon pepper wings were dry and small too. He said the only one he liked was thai chili. Not a great experience. Wingstop is better. Oh and my stomach was hurting all night after I ate the food. Ruined my date night with my husband. Horrible experience wish I could...
