Jamba — Restaurant in California

My family and I have been coming to this location for years and today was the last time we will be coming here. I walked in with my mom and right behind us and a Caucasian family walked in. My mom and I ordered and the total came out to be 15 and some cents. I asked the cashier if they were doing the points with the app and she stated that they were and I asked her how do I go about getting my points for this purchase. She then just stared at me and said I will give you a receipt and you could scan the receipt to get your points. The cashier restated the total and I handed her a $20 bill and I told her I had the cents. She then said “oh it’s too late for you to give me the cents, I already opened the cash register.” The Caucasian family then ordered and my mother and I sat on a table. The same cashier who charged us and the Caucasian family came out from behind the counter and only offered the Caucasian family samples of pop chips. She then just glanced over me and walked back to the counter not offering us anything. Mind you that we were the only people there at the store. Long story short I felt that this cashier discriminated both my mother and I. On top of that when they gave us the order the amount of strawberries that was in my chunky strawberry bowl was ridiculous. Literally there was about two strawberries in my bowl. I went back and ask for more strawberries and they chopped one strawberry and dumped it in there- still not enough for the price I paid for that bowl.

I myself am a business owner I deal with customers on a daily basis and this is not the way a customer should be treated. The store manager or the owner should be more aware of their employees as situations like these can effect...

I wish I could say something good about this location but it's really hard to do so. The store is consistently dirty and the workers are like crazy busy but not getting anything done. Your wait times here shouldn't be 10 minutes just to order then another 10 to get your drink it makes it way less convenient and appealing to even want to do business here and sadly there isn't a closer location but I will definitely not be coming back. They are consistent about being very low quality control and having zero customer service absolutely none. Whoever the manager is, is definitely receiving a paycheck for doing no work at all. They probably don't even come in to check on the store and I understand it's a bunch of children running a fake juice store but why even have a business if you don't know how to operate...

This is the second time I buy an Acai bowl and is just half way the usual amount, I only comes because my daughter likes it but this is the second time , the first time I complained to the employees and they added more yogurt to it but this time I want management to see it because perhaps is not the employees they are just following directions from management, if you continue cheating on portions fro your customer you will loose more budget that’s just giving the correct amount, is very obvious when the bowl is just half way of the usual amount, some employees do their job right but others they even give you the look. Please educate your employees to not cheat on the amount of yogurt on acai...
