Fatburger — Restaurant in California

The food is pretty good. I know the place isn't really made for kids but this time I ate there with my 2 yr. Old son. Hes a picky eater but loves bacon. I was very specific when I ordered bacon on the side for my son. A very simple understanding mistake the bacon was put on my Burger instead of on the side. I didn't know the Burger came without it so I asked him where the bacon was for my son. They said we made a mistake and put it on your Burger. I didn't necessarily ask for bacon on the Burger. so after they made the mistake they wouldn't give me more bacon for my son after I spent $30. The really big in size girl behind the counter with a terrible attitude would not give me more bacon. So I took the bacon off of my Burger. All my delicious condiments were stuck to it but my son wouldn't eat it and they would not give me more bacon unless I paid for it. I wasn't gonna go anywhere and I wasn't about to pay for it. so they finally give me a couple small pieces. Less bacon then I took off my Burger and gave back to them. I'm sure she doesn't have kids. I came here for the buffet at the casino the line was way to long! I looked around for something else and the only restaurant that interested me was fat burger I've seen it around before but I have never tried it. For most restaurants I am always reluctant to spend money on burgers because I'm usually disappointed. I looked at the menu and then saw the xxxl burger 1.5 lbs! It seemed worth the cash my logic is if I was disappointed with the burger at least I'd be full. The guy at the register was patient with me. The first thing I noticed is they were cooking fresh not frozen. When my order was ready I was amazed how big it was it brought a smile to my face and finally the taste. It was the best burger I ever had. The meat it was cooked to perfection you can tell just by looking at it and when you take a bite firstly you notice how juicy it is then you taste the seasonings, the vegetables and then as soon as it starts to taste too beffy. I would give 0 zero stars if I could. Corporate office – please reach out to me. We ordered our burger, 25 minutes later we realized there was an issue because we saw multiple people who ordered after us receiving their order before us, and asked them to correct it. They talked among them how someone misplaced our ticket and then they offered us a refund while making our Order. 15 minutes after the manager came out with a huge attitude and told us we could choose one; to get a refund or get our order even though it took 45 minutes from the time original order was made. The shift supervisor, Taylor laughed in our face and encouraged us to “complain to corporate”. We are new to this area and are completely appalled. We will never attempt this location again.
