I took my wife and friends out to this scamming bar. After opening a tab for drinks, I won money at the black jack table. When it came time to close the tab, I asked the bartender if I could pay in the chips I won and he told me, “sure.” I told him not to charge my credit card and gave him 75 dollars in chips for a 54 dollar tab.
