There's a reason in California you aren't aloud to start working until a certain age. We walked in to order pizza and wings from the front clerk who looked maybe 12 years old?!? First red flag. No one in the place at first looked older than 15 at best, until later on the manager came back from delivering pizzas...... very concerning. He took our order, told us it was a 25 minute wait and came back right as the timer went off to come grab our order. Came back, saw the same exact child who took our order and he proceeds to tell us "can't find your order", "you came in and already paid??" All the while laughing and smirking during the frustrating encounter, as he was clueless from taking our order not even a half hour before. They found our pizza after 10 minutes of running around (extremely disorganized) and come to find it completely raw and undercooked. A $50 pizza. Also can't forget the fact that they were touching computer screens wi the flour on their hands, and going BACK TO MAKING FOOD WITHOUT WASHING HANDS! Legally in California you cannot get a workers permit until you are 15 years old. The manager comes out and completely tries to justify the situation saying "he's only 14 years old and just started, give him a break". "It's his families restaurant, you understand?" No, if you cost THIS much and know that you are to reason mistakes were made, don't try to blame the customer or have them reason with you to feel better about yourself. Horrible customer service and suggest everyone eat elsewhere if you don't want children to make your food. Slice house 5 minutes away is by far better. Actual adults working and...
Read moreI ate here so you don't have to. I ordered a small pizza and Jalapeño poppers and it came out to $39 a little steep but ok. Now here is the rub, I go my order and drove back to my office about 2 miles away, I immediately noticed a weird smell in my car from my order. I arrived and opened the Jalapeño poppers first. Now this is the only reason I even gave them one star, they were good because some other business made them. I opened my "Italian" combo and saw they had made a combo pizza with white sauce, who makes an Italian pizza with white sauce, guess instead of seeing the word combo I should have read the description and walked out. The crust was undercooked and had that raw dough taste to it. My stomach is soing flips as I am rating this. They also used spring onions on the pizza and did not bother throwing out the roots of the plant as you will see in the photos. Anyways if you see this maybe do better on that pizza I ate two slices and...
Read moreFrom the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The team there was phenomenal, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Now, let’s talk about the food — wow. I had the pepperoni and formaggio combo, and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crisp, the cheese was rich and gooey, and the pepperoni had just the right amount of spice. You can really tell they care about quality and flavor here. I also treated myself to the brownie and urban fries — both were outstanding! The fries were seasoned to perfection, and the brownie was decadent and fudgy, the perfect sweet ending. If you're looking for a pizza spot that nails both flavor and hospitality, Formaggio Pizza Town Center is the place. Can’t wait...
