10-22-22: My husband and I went here for the 1st time for our 32nd wedding anniversary. Never in my life have I wanted to or have tipped more than 20%, yet we happily tipped 25% here. We made reservations and when we got there, they seated us right away. They were super busy, so we got a window table in the back of the restaurant, near a back door, but it had a nice view of their outdoor seating areas with pretty lights and a water fountain. The plates are a nice heavy, pretty stoneware, and the utensils are very weighty as well. Very top of the line compared to most other places. Being in the back of the restaurant made absolutely NO difference. We were waited on practically hand and foot by 4 different people. We wanted for nothing at all. Every one that works there has their head on a swivel. They're always watching everyone, and are right there if they see your drink is low, or need a water refill (which btw, they leave a bottle of on your table), or a leftover container. We've never had better service EVER. If that wasn't amazing enough, the food was to die for! This is the only restaurant we've ever been to, that asked if we had any food allergies! How nice is that?We started with the Glazed Garlic Prawns. (see picture-though the 2 end ones were gobbled down prior to taking the picture) These were SO DELICIOUS! Our only suggestions for this dish would be 1) include a spoon so one can get more sauce in your mouth versus just what you can smother on your prawn, and 2) possibly include 2 garlic breadsticks with this dish to dip into the sauce after the prawns are devoured. We almost cried when they took the dish away with quite a bit of sauce remaining on the plate. For the main dish, my husband had the Berkshire Pork and I had the Cacciatore Chicken. Both were incredible! My husband ate every single bite, and was super happy we were at the back of the restaurant and he was facing the door, so he could hide while he picked up the bone and ate every morsel of meat off it! Sauce makes the meal, and both dishes had sauces that we only could wish we knew how to make! We weren't going to have dessert, but the meal was so delicious, we knew we had to try one. We decided on the Chef's Inspiration, which happened to be Carrot Cake. OH MY GOD....we died and went to heaven! It was warm and crunchy on top and had the best flavor I've ever tasted! I have an amazing carrot cake recipe, and I've never had carrot cake that even came close to tasting better....until now. This was 10 times better than mine, and that's saying something, for me anyway. After we were done and stuffed and happy as little clams, the waiter came over to see if we needed anything else. We felt the need to rave about EVERYTHING! We then just happened to mention we came to celebrate our anniversary, and we were so happy we picked this place! It was probably the best meal and service we've ever experienced. The waiter was super happy and left to get our bill. A minute later, another gentleman who we think was a manager came over, and brought us a bottle of Champagne in a bag to take with us, and 2 shots of what we think was done kind of whiskey. We're not big drinkers, so not sure, but it was tasty. We were in awe! How sweet was that and totally unexpected! Needless to say, we'll be back for sure. They are not cheap, but you totally get what you pay for and then some! You absolutely won't be disappointed! I would give them 100 stars if I could!

I am thrilled to share my positive review of Milestone Restaurant and Cocktail Bar in El Dorado Hills Town Center. This establishment truly excels in providing a memorable dining experience.

One of the standout features of Milestone is the ample portions served. The creative menu offers comfort food that is elevated and unique, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and leaves a lasting impression.

The service at Milestone is consistently professional, ensuring that guests feel well taken care of throughout their visit. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your dining experience is enjoyable, and their attention to detail is commendable.

The ambiance of the restaurant is another highlight. The upscale casual vibe creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for any occasion.

During our visit to celebrate my daughter's graduation, we were pleasantly surprised by the bartender's creativity. My daughter wanted a fun and unique "mock-tail" that wasn't a typical Shirley Temple. The bartender went above and beyond, creating beautiful and delicious mocktails for us. We simply described the flavors we liked, and they crafted something perfect. The staff at Milestone is flexible, fun, and incredibly kind, always ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.

Overall, Milestone Restaurant and Cocktail Bar stands out for its exceptional food, consistent and professional service, and delightful ambiance. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a great dining experience, Milestone is a fantastic choice. The staff's dedication to ensuring your enjoyment sets them apart from the rest. I highly recommend this establishment for a memorable and enjoyable...

I’ve been here several times now so I’m leaving this review to kind of go over all of the experiences I’ve had here. The food, always tastes great, I really want to love this place because I like the food here. Unfortunately the service is hit or miss.. I’ve dined in and taken food to go, the servers are usually great while dining in but the hostesses they have had really make me turn away from this place. The last few months they seem very confused and annoyed when asking questions or placing a to go order. My first experience they gave me a 20 minute wait time and it ended up being over an hour and they seemed annoyed that I kept checking back in, we ended up having dinner somewhere else and they finally called back another hour later... This second experience I placed a to go order and they had to walk away each time for a few minutes for every question I asked.. They actually said they don’t know anything about the menu (all I asked for was a side of bread and they said that’s not on the menu) and they had to walk away for a few minutes to ask each question.. The most recent experience, today, I ordered a cup of soup to go (13$ before tax and tip) and I received the smallest container (pictured).. A quarter cup of soup and a bit of cheese on top.. less than half a cup of soup for 13$.. I’m sure they serve it in the restaurant great but come on, that’s a lot of money for a quarter cup of soup, when I thought I was going to get “a cup of soup”. Like I said I really want to like this place because the food is good but we have a lot of great restaurants around that I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again just because...
