Fosters Freeze — Restaurant in California

I would normally go to a different location but it’s shut down within my city so now this is the closest location I can go to. Upon arrival I must say that the scene was a bit dingy and I didn’t like the look of it but to be fair this is a truckstop area. I ordered my food through the drive-through and it did not take long to get my food. I ordered the big boss combo A Texas toast grilled cheese sandwich a Mountain Dew and a Butterfinger twister. The big boss cheeseburger was probably a three for me but partially due to my own mistakes since I didn’t ask for them to remove the bacon which I don’t like on my burgers and aside from that it was pretty tasty. The Texas toast grilled cheese sandwich was exactly what I figured it would be yellow and white American cheese melted together into a super tasty treat crispy Texas toast melted cheese how can you go wrong? Definitely be sure to eat this Texas toast sandwich though right away you don’t want it to get cold! The french fries were hot and crispy with a good seasoning on them a little heavy on the potato insides but overall good french fry basic but good overall it was a good experience I’ll probably be back for more! The employee's are kind, helpful, fast, and knowledgeable. The menu has a large variety of differant foods to pick from. Their food taste great. They always cook my fries exactly as I want them. My Mother and I have been meeting at Foster Freeze once a month for the last 5 years. Foster freeze has been so kind to let us take up a corner booth for a couple hours. The facility is always clean and well stocked. The bathrooms are always cleaned and well stocked. The place is handicap friendly and there is plenty of parking. Don't forget the delicious ice cream...plus they serve us at our table. We just love Foster Freeze and would recommend it to our family and friends. ...

Well me and my co-Driver ordered 2 cheeseburger combos, and then after we pulled out of the drive thru to find a spot to eat our dinner since the inside seating was closed. We found that there was only 1 of the burgers in the bag. But they charged us for 2 combos and only gave us 1 burger and 2 fries and 2 sodas.. and then the lady comes out into the drive thru to argue with me about her not charging me for a second hamburger. Yet the bill was $24.50 for 1 cheeseburger and 2 med fries and 2 med sodas. I had to pay 9.52 for the 2 cheeseburger. I will never be coming back to this place and none of my other coworkers...
