I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pollo Loco, and I must say that my experience was greatly enhanced by the outstanding service provided by Manager Alicia.
From the moment I walked in, Alicia greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout my entire visit. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my dining experience was exceptional.
Alicia's leadership skills were evident as she efficiently managed the restaurant's operations, ensuring that all guests were attended to promptly and that orders were prepared and served in a timely manner. Despite the bustling atmosphere, she remained calm and composed, which helped create a relaxed and enjoyable dining environment for everyone.

A course the restaurant is closed to dine-in patrons due to COVID-19. Therefore, the restaurant was empty inside. There were no customers at the counter ordering take-outs. My co-driver and I are the only customers visiting the inside of the restaurant at that time. Everything seems normal at first. An Asiatic-Hispanic woman took my order . . . . I proceeded to the left end of the counter, and I saw a food preparer touching her nose and dramatically pretending to be coughing over my food. I was totally shocked!

My combo meal felt like a snack. This place (not just this location) used to be one of the best chicken places out there. The beans used to be very flavorful and the rice was too.
