We waited about 30 minutes in the drivethrough for our online app order that was prepaid for. The window drive through Clerk had said that yes they were slammed with only 2 cars ahead of myself. She then put ice in my Daughter's soda when the online order said no ice and she got a tad sassy about it when I nicely pointed it out to her. I ordered extras ides of ranch that I had to pay extra for and she didn't include them in our bag and no napkins and any plasticware was included in the bag (in fact no condiments whatsoever either were included) even though we asked for them also online. Then we finally got our food after waiting yet another 5 minutes. We then drove out and went to the Kohls parking lot to sort through the rest of the food realizing all of our sides weren't in the bag and she never gave us our banana milkshake that we ordered. Good thing we were still close by and drove back and went inside to let her know we were missing items. She stated verbatim "well, I couldn't make the banana milkshake because we use chocolate chips in it while hand making them and we're completely out of them" when it was already bought and paid for online. So she said nothing of this through the drive-thru and never even gave us any milkshake, yet that was her response when we came back and brought it to her attention inside the store this time. She said well would you like one of the 2 other shakes instead and I responded no thank you as I don't like the other flavors of milkshakes they had as to why I ordered the banana one. But I guess in her eyes, since she didn't have all the ingredients for mine, she just decided not to make it, give us one at all (even though already paid for) nor inform us of it at all while waiting in the drive-thru for that 45 minutes. So when she extremely snotty responded "well then, if you want I can just make you one just withought the chocolate chips grinded in it instead then", in which I told her again nicely "yes please" since I've already paid for it. She responded with "fine" and walked away while I went and sat down and proceeded to wait for milkshake to be made by her. I then after 5 minutes decided to ask the gentleman behind the counter helping serve customer's inside at the counter if I could speak to the manager for a moment. He said "yes of course, they he is the manager" and would be right with me. I informed him I never ever hardly make a complaint, but felt that in this case one needed to be made. As the female employee was right there still working the drive-thru window listening to it all I had also explained that no condiments that I asked for were in my bag as well and that within this 5 minutes she was just standing there, no customer at the window and still hadn't even started my milkshake after another 5 minutes while waiting inside now for it and the rest. He apologized profusely, his name is Shawn, and stated he's been managing it for a year so far and that he's been till none of my condiments and I had statedtrying to fine tune his staffing and still working on it. Another 5 mutes goes by as I'm talking to him and she FINALLY goes to start making it. She slammed it on the counter and said "here you go". So I also pointed out that there was no whipped cream on top and she grabbed it back, put a tiny bit on top and slammed it back down and said again verbatim "HERE" and turned immediately around with back to me and never gave me my condiments either. Shawn the Manager then stated to hold on for a minute as he could clearly hear and see her raunchy attitude and ran to his car and gave us some free burger tickets to use anytime later and and also stated another free entire meal on him for us at anytime later just ask for him and that my Daughter and I will get a free meal. He stated at that point his female employee should have asked for a break instead of taking it out on us customers. Read moreI ordered thru the drive thru. I ordered a chicken sandwich with Teriyaki sauce no onions no tomato no lettuce, fries and a shake. When we got home I ate my delicious fries when I Got to my sandwhich, I noticed it had tomatos lettuce onions and no cheese and the chicken on one side was huge but the other side didnt even cover the bun........ of course my frustration after waiting in line for 10 mins, and paying $16 for my meal was real. I called the number to make orders because there is no other way to contact the store. The man on the phone helped me soooo much. he was astonished at the neglect to my sandwhich. He contacted the store and asked them if I could pick up the sandwhich tomorrow after I got off work since they would be closing in 20 mins and there was no way I could make it. This is no the first time I have had a bad experience here..I thought I would give them a.second chance, but chances are I won't be going back. Read moreThis place is terrible. I tend to not write these because people and businesses have bad days but they are a perpetual bad day in terms of the food and service. I never get my order correct and mind you I'll say no tomatoes and that's it and there will always be tomatoes. It's not hard. Plan to spend 30+ mins in the drive through window waiting for your food and somehow still be handed cold food. I've tried giving them chances but they're just not where I will spend my money anymore. The manager is also equally as terrible. She will have your food in hand and talk to her coworkers for 5 minutes before handing it to you. I've witnessed this almost every time I've gone in. She tries to be bubbly and funny but she's not.
