I Love Teriyaki — Restaurant in California

First and last time here, young lady at the counter said thank you to everyone except us because we were the only white family who she served, actually witnessed multiple times in dealings with her between paying for our food and having it brought to us that she had something against us but not the African American, latino, or middle eastern customers that walked in and ordered.

The 3 lady’s who run the joint were extremely obnoxious and rude, constant laughing and giggling, you couldn’t have a conversation from 10 feet away without hearing yelling and laughing.

Everything was dirty and sticky from the tables, to the chairs, and the floors and napkin holders, it’s obvious the 3 workers or owners are extremely lazy and don’t really do anything except bbq and steam rice, enjoy your G wagon while it lasts, there is no way this business will stay alive, 5:00 dinner rush on a Saturday night and this place was a ghost down inside and out.

Good riddance rude and ungrateful...

We have been going here for over 13yrs now and we will NEVER be back again!!! Lady at counter is rude and a liar. Last three times we ordered to-go she said she didnt get our order and it wasn’t her even after I showed her my phone call. Not sure what’s going on here but someones taking home our food. Said the phone wasn’t working, then said orange chicken was bad. How would you know I ordered orange chicken if you didn’t get my order. I order the same thing every time, 3 teriyaki and 1 orange chicken, yes you know who I am!!! You all know who I am, even the owner. You just lost my business from poor management. I know this is a franchise restaurant but this one lacks consistency. Unlike the other locations this one has the food sitting in a warming tray. Compared to other locations the food was bland and the inside of the restaurant is dark and kinda dingy. The employees aren't at all pleasant and they clearly don't want to be there. This is a bummer since I've had nothing but great experiences at the other I ❤ Teriyaki locations and this one falls short. I hate to say this but although this is the closest location to me I'll be going out of my way to visit a different location that holds a better standard of...
