Burger King — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

Once the Covid pandemic hit, this location has lost out on a lot of foot traffic. At the beginning they had their lobby open for pick up orders, which was great for me since I could walk in, pick up my food, and then walk home. But then they closed off the lobby completely and I ended up having to stand in the drive-thru to get my food. It wasn't too bad initially since the lines weren't too long.

The problem now is that the lines are constantly long, so even if I order on the app (which is the only way I order from here), they only start my order once I get to the window to let them know I am there, which means all the people in their cars behind me end up having their own orders delayed even though I technically ordered before they did.

It's why even though I'd rather choose Burger King, I go with McDonald's across the street every time now since they will at least bring my food out to me so I don't have to stand in someone's exhaust fumes since I don't own a car.

It's humiliating having to stand in line with cars to get my food. Let us do the pick up option so we can get our food brought out to us or have us come in to grab it with masks on. This stuff is ridiculous against customers who want to walk to their local places around the corner from...

The location at first looked good but as we continued inside, well it got bad. Several tables were not cleaned or wiped down. The cashier was pleasant but didn't get our order correct. He didn't charge us or even place the order when we asked for an additional side dish. Then when my meal arrived the whopper wasn't made correctly. When I took it back to get it corrected the manager somewhat got into an argument with the actual person making the hamburger. Then I waited for about ten minutes, when the manager seen me still standing by the counter asked where the hamburger was. The female staffer stated that I had already picked it up. The manager again got verbal with the staffer and had her make it again. I was shocked when the manager then came to me and asked if there was something on the menu that I wanted for having to wait so long for my meal. The manager made it up. 9/10/2019 The eggs taste and texture are terrible ! Too fluffy, bordering on slimmy. The taste of the eggs was like they were watered down. Maybe use a little less water when making a batch.

Staff do not help one another, so work flow is one bottleneck after another. Two people doing the work of one person. Staff standing around waiting to do their little piece of the process. What they did produce was good quality, but very s l o w.

My last experience at this Burger King was last week, good food. Before that almost a year ago.

If the cigarette ash is from food handler hands after smoking, that is even worse because they likely do not wash their hands. Which means bathroom waste from cleaning and personal lack of hygiene is...
