Worst customer service experience of my life
I had a trophy needing columns and engraving. I called the trophy shop prior to going in to ask if I "needed the trophy assembled or disassembled?" when I called in I was told politely that it "doesn't matter, we'll figure it out, just bring it in". So I brought the trophy in disassembled.
The store was busy. Waiting patiently with others an older gentleman (the owner possibly?) assisted me. Never in my life have I been treated as such an inconvenience! He was rude, rushing, unapologetic for the stress of having a busy store with paying customers! I asked to see samples/colors of columns they had... he sighed with disdain. I pathetically apologized for not being prepared, and informed the irritated man that I was told to "bring it in however". After ringing me up I felt nauseous. What did I do, but help a local business! In a town and neighborhood I live in.
What was supposed to be a fun and exciting experience (updating the fantasy football trophy I had recently won), was completely the opposite. Awful.

I provided a proof of what I would like each plaque to say and received a mock-up of the plaque engravings from the Trophy Center that reflected a repeated grammatical error. I immediately replied to the Trophy Center and requested they fix this typo before engraving the trophies. They did not respond.
When I went to pick up the trophies they refused to fix the grammatical error and swiped my credit card before I had a chance to further discuss options. The gentleman who swiped my card argued that I was wrong about the grammatical error (I was not). They charged me nearly $500 for incorrect plaques and refused to fix their error or give me a refund. Very poor customer service. I ended up going to Wilson Trophy Company and paying extra for a rush order! Highly recommend Wilson Trophy Company for all of your award needs....
Read moreWanted a engraved wall plaque for a Christmas gift. I wanted it exactly like a plaque I seen on Amazon so I just emailed them the photo thinking they would be capable to match it. They did not. The image looks horrible nothing like what I sent you cannot make out what they printed. I called to discuss a refund and both the husband and wife were very very rude yelling at me that I’m wrong and that it looks exactly like what I sent, when 5 of my peers told me it does in fact look ridiculous and messy. If you don’t like something a company made shouldn’t you be able to return it without a huge argument?Very cheap aluminum and it’s not even a wall plaque like I asked for theirs no way to put it on a wall. $33 for a piece of aluminum I’m going to throw away. Very immature owners who do not care about customers happiness clearly only...
