When I choose Jack in the Box for breakfast I've always ordered an egg and cheese burrito, it's not on the menu so at every Jack in the Box I've enjoyed having my breakfast they charge me for each individual item, 1 tortilla, 2 eggs , 1 side cheese, and it comes to $2'roughly. I live in Hollywood CA but will drive to Castaic for the month of April for work at Castaic studio's. I've had breakfast at the Castaic Jack in the Box 3 mornings consecutive, including today, however this morning the drive thru attendant said that he could not charge me individually, it's against policy and that I'd have to pay for a meat lovers burrito, the most expensive breakfast burrito on the menu $5.99, it'd just be minus the meat. I tried explaining to the attendant what in my experience ALL Jack in the Boxes do with my special order. He was adamant about not allowing it and I felt like conversation was quickly moving into argument mode. I try to avoid controversy or any drama at all costs and especially since this was the start of my work day I didn't want it to being with an argument. I simply told him I had been there the 2 previous mornings and both mornings my order was rang up by charging me Individually for each item. I wasn't going to get it that way this morning and I wasnt prepared to pay $6 for what I always pay $2 so I decided to order nuggets instead. The attendant to my surprise , come to find out , was the store manager. Anyway this story has a silver lining. Read moreYesterday morning, on March 15,2018 I stopped at your Jack n the box in Castaic on Sloan and Castaic Rd. To pick my daily breakfast, I enjoy your food I truly do bit, your employees services are awful, for the 2nd today my order was once again messed up. What's beyond sad about this mess up was that I mentioned to the MANAGER (male) what had happened the last time with regards to messing up my order and he assured me that he would make sure it wouldn't happen again and advised me to call him if there is ever another mistake. Well sure enough I get to work expecting to have my 1st meal of the day to start my day and guess what??? The same mistake happened AGAIN. So I immediately searched the phone number off Google and called and actually spoke with the very same gentleman that assured me this would not happen again. Well, to my surprise, he was more concerned in having me provide PROOF of this stupid mistake with my order and almost contradicting me. Really making feel like I was lying. It didn't appreciate it that at all and to make it worse he hung up on me like a coward. I did tell him I took an actual video of the sandwich with me in the video. Read moreThe food was delicious I had their triple whatever it was for $5 and it filled me up and the bottomless drinks are always great as well so for me it was great to stop there and eat and get food and the service was really fast the manager that works there wasn't very friendly though she looked like she was unhappy but then again who am I to guess her mood, maybe she was focusing on the work and what the employees were doing because the food was served really fast I think I paid and my food was ready in 2 or 3 minutes the bad part was as I did not get very many curly fries it was like a half a bag and they were all from the bottom of the grill there was only a few of them that were really curly and the rest of them were just pieces. The manager confuse me as well because she was asking about what size drink I wanted, and I couldn't figure out what she was talking about because I thought it came with a drink, and it did come with a drink but she tried to upsell me? But that's okay I got the drink that came with it that worked...
