This location discriminates against deaf people for employment. My friend Alycia, who is deaf, went the other day to inquire about her application. The manager there wrote down on a piece of paper that deaf people are not allowed to work there due to communication. The manager abruptly took the paper out of Alycia's hand and destroyed the paper to prevent Alycia from collecting evidence. The manager also refused to share her name. However, Alycia has a video of the incident. I have taken a screenshot of the manager's face and uploaded it for this review. If anyone can identify the manager's name, we would highly appreciate it. There also is security footage that can be reviewed. The manager's actions were very shady, and she clearly knew what she was doing is wrong. Not only this was a very humiliating experience for Alycia along with the Deaf community, but this is also a direct violation of the ADA laws. It is grounds for legal action. The manager needs to be held...
Read moreThis Taco Bell south of the Grapevine has become my go-to stop every time I travel back from Los Angeles to Bakersfield. I actually wait to eat until I get here because I know the food and service will be worth it. The staff here stands out — professional, friendly, and consistently attentive, even during busy hours. You can tell the kitchen crew takes pride in their work; my custom orders are always made exactly how I ask, with care and precision. The freshness of the food is noticeable — the lettuce is crisp, the tomatoes are bright red and juicy, and the tortillas taste freshly warmed not crusty.. Consistency and attention to detail at a Taco Bell.. tell me more.. Everything comes out hot, neatly prepared, and flavorfulllllll. I’ve visited many Taco Bells ,and the dining area and the restrooms are always immaculate. This Taco Bell has become part of my travel routine, and I look forward to it every time I make the trip...

I'm not a huge fan of the Kiosk where you order your food on the TouchPad. It was confusing for the elders in my group because of the menu choices to cheese to sour cream to Tomatoes to everything you could think of.. going through the options was too much for them. I had to ask the staff if we could order the old fashion way up at the counter. Everything else was just fine once we got our food. I used the kiosk and got thru it but for the elderly it's not that easy. They rather speak to a live human being to order their...
