Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

This was my first (and last) experience at this location. It was super late when I went through the drive thru so the service was fast and friendly. I paid with cash and thought that I was short changed by $10. I won't name names publicly, but the female that took my order and money insisted I gave her a $10 bill and I was certain I gave her a $20 bill. (When I worked retail many moons ago, if a customer had a dispute we would ask a supervisor to count out the cash drawer.) The female wanted argue about how much money I gave her. I looked at the receipt she gave me and it was torn at the bottom so I could not tell if she entered how much cash I gave her. I really didn't have the time or energy to continue to argue so I just left. It wasn't so much about the money but the service. I would recommend paying with plastic so there is no question about the change...

Just went to this location, got our food went home seen we were missing the egg rolls we ordered went back to the jack in box , the employee apologized for the mistake gave us egg rolls and everything's fine... go home to eat my double jack and my dad points out his double jack doesnt have a 2nd patty so i look at my burger and they gave us both jumbo jacks when we clearly said 2 double jacks. I'm very dissatisfied and we arnt going back a second time. I don't know if it's because your location is by a loud quick quack and your employee mis heard what we ordered because the thing to dry the cars was going on while we were giving our order but I'm not satisfied. I was looking forward to a warm double jack but instead have to settle for a cold jumbo jack with some cold stale/dry fries . Not happy with this one. Don't think I'll be going back...

Ordered burgers, fries, and sodas at this location. Don’t normally go to this store as it’s not an easy one to get into or out of due to poor traffic control. But the service on this visit was poor. Apparently a shift change in order takers made our getting the food take longer because no one communicated that people were waiting for their food. Then after getting the food late, we had a poor experience with the Coke machine that mixes all the different flavors. My son and I chose totally different Coke products and flavors but they both had ZERO flavor. It tasted like soda water because that’s all it dispenses although the color made you think you were getting good soda. Not sure who is responsible for monitoring the machine but apparently no one was that day. Won’t be going back anytime soon to...
