Save your money and especially your time.. Just go somewhere else. We came here based on the high reviews, I should've read the recent review because it was on point. This place is by far the worst place I've ever been to. Service left a lot to be desired. The waitress took around 15min or more to come to our table, and normally i would've left but none of my friends said anything so we ordered some drinks. Roughly another 20 min more go by and we still haven't gotten our drinks. I understand when a place is busy and they are serving other tables, but this girl was nowhere in sight, unless she was also the cook or dish washer then it makes a lot of sense as to why she would be gone for a long time. My brother had to stand up twice just to look for her so she could get our other round of drinks. By the 3rd time we order more drinks there was 30min or so before closing and we didn't get our drinks till there were 10 min before closing. I was not going to chug that drink, if I wanted to chug drinks I would've had a kick back at my house just for that. And this waitress had some nerve to rudely tell us to leave, Someone with actual manners would've said "sorry guys we're closed now" and we would've gotten up and left. None of us at any point gave her that much attitude for her incompetence. Basic food and beer. The chicken was dry. The fries were decent.

This place looks like it soft launched as it used to be Bull Wings. From my understanding, it’s still under the same ownership and they wanted to shift beyond “wings”, which I’m all for. My kids and I decided to come to this establishment after a long day. We liked Bull Wings and the menu they had to offer, so initially we were a little bummed. After reading through the menu, it looked like the shift to a new menu looked pretty good. My kids had their chicken wings (we really wanted chicken that night) while I had the tenders. Food was fresh and no complaints around that. We’ve always loved their sauces and it was good to see that nothing changed as far as quality and freshness. The ambiance/look/feel remains from the old restaurant’s decorative upgrades. The bartender Dino was on top of it - covering the bar and our table and perhaps other tables. The schedule for servers were low that particular night, which I completely understand as this night may have been a slower night for the establishment. Dino was a new face to us and he was really nice to my kids and me - very engaging. We will have to come back to try out the rest of their menu. One request: PLEASE bring back the Crawdaddies or at least provide the ingredients to it LOL!

I didn't order any food at this business. I see it changed and is now a different restaurant. I am only writing this review on the hopes that someone in charge can do something about the obvious neglect of what was a once beautiful landscape outdoors on this property. The foxtail palm trees are DYING and some are dead and falling to the ground. If they are getting water then a tree specialist needs to find out why they are dying. This is so sad to look at and a waste of someone's efforts to beautify this property with expensive trees when they were first planted. This is uninviting to customers as it shows perhaps something else may be neglected indoors. Maybe the kitchen area or cleanliness of eating areas or bathroom facilities. Water your trees! Some are still salvageable by trimming the brown palms and turning on the drip system. Thank God the beautiful banana trees are still living.

Had the absolute WORST experience today at this place. Got there and all the "bubbles" were full so I asked the host how we could dine in one, she said oh go ahead and take a seat outside and we will have your server move you into one when it opens up. My family and I sit outside (freezing)...no one offers us a heat lamp or anything. Ok fine, we watch a group come up from the parking lot and wait by the bubbles- we watch the host open the bubble for them to go in.....we asked our server how they know who to put in the bubbles first and she explained that our table had a marking next to it on the seating line/chart so she would move us in when one became available. It was explained that we watched another group who appeared to come in off the street go in- she said oh someone will probably ask them to get out but we don't like to ask people to get out of them. Another group of people come in mind you by now we have eaten our appetizers and have been waiting for our server. Another host heads to the table behind us- who just got seated and let's them know they could move into the bubble. This is now TWO parties who came after us who were seated before us. We inquired with our server what was going on and she acted clueless (mind you she was the same server at the table behind us). We asked to speak to a manager who apologized but ultimately did nothing to fix the situation. His excuse was "the host is new" and when I asked my team if they knew you wanted a spot in the bubble and all of them say they were unaware. Are you kidding me? We literally were assured by 2 employees we would get a spot in the bubble when they opened. The staff at this establishment are liars and obviously do not care to make business...

Took my dad here for Father's Day and I was really disappointed with the overall experience. I was not impressed with the service or food. I know it's a casual place, but I felt like there was a lack of professionalism. It was pretty slow when we went and there were so many waitresses just hanging around, sitting down, looking like they didn't want to be there. We sat by the window and the table right next to us was apparently the staff break table? They kept sitting down and chatting with each other, then every so often get up and take orders. I feel like they should hang out in an actual break room, away from customers, so we don't hear their private conversations. It was kind of uncomfortable. When our food did come out, we noticed we didn't get any napkins. We waited for our waitress to come back, so we could ask her for some napkins but she disappeared. I had to get up and walk around to find a server and ask for napkins. The wings we ordered were not good at all! Probably the worst wings i've ever had. The chicken wings were super dry and cold like they had been sitting out for an hour or so. There was hardly any sauce on them. Some of the wings had this weird smell to them, almost like fish? Then after we finished our food, we were waiting probably around 20 minutes, then I had to get up again and ask another server if we can get a to go bag and pay for the meal. The whole atmosphere from the service, to the food, it seemed like no one really cared. The staff seemed super young and inexperienced. The food is way overpriced for what you receive. I would not recommend this place and will never be...

I have been a regular at this restaurant since I was 19 and have seen the many changes throughout the years. Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at this amazing "new" restaurant and I have to say, the experience was outstanding, just like it has been over the years.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome and seated at a cozy table or booth. The new menu is full of delicious options, ranging from classic dishes to more unique options. I started with the grilled Caesar salad which was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The anchovy vinaigrette with the lemon thyme breadcrumbs hits all the taste buds. For the entrees, I opted for the filet mignon and the "Others meatballs" both of which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor.

The service was impeccable throughout the entire meal, with our server checking in on me frequently and ensuring that I had everything I needed. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also wonderful, with a cozy and intimate feel that makes you feel right at home. It's much different than what people were used to coming from their local "sports bar". This is something completely new and reimagined.

Overall, I would highly recommend this new revamped restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience alongside a calm lounge-style place to enjoy a good cocktail or their favorite beer from the rotating tap. The food, service, and atmosphere are all truly top-notch and made for a memorable evening. Thanks to "the others" for a wonderful new experience. I can't wait to come back and experience more...
