Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

I am a regular customer at this Jack-in-the-Box location as I get off of work late at night usually from the casino. I usually have a good experience the staff are friendly and the service is quick. This time around I went through the Jack-in-the-Box drive-through at this location around 12 AM which is usual for my Saturday nights after work and ordered a cheeseburger and a shake, trying to get home quickly as I was tired I didn’t think to check my bag as I know there was only going to be the burger so I set it in the seat and drove off. When I got home and opened my bag I found what looked like used napkins and an unused unwrapped tampon sitting on top of my burger. Needless to say I lost my appetite and was in disbelief as I spend quite a bit of money here and would never have thought to be treated like this. I called the restaurant to just let the manager know( who which gave me my bag by the way) and told him the situation and was basically told he didn’t care, he was too busy and then hung up. I don’t want a refund, I make enough money to not care about the 5$ I spent, it’s not worth my gas money to go back. I want the person who was responsible for this to get help because this is just disgusting and I am horrified and will NEVER be coming back to this establishment. I had paid for a catering order for work to be picked up from a restaurant (not this) at 4am in the morning and when I showed up, they didn’t have anything ready at all which was very disappointing.

So I came to this Jack in the box at 4:05am and their staff: Alex j- cony-paula t-Guille did an amazing job to make my order ASAP which wasn’t small, it was over 40 breakfast biscuits!!! They had it ready in time for my work meeting and worked really hard to ensure that my order was entirely correct and perfect. The food was delicious indeed

I went there early on a Sunday morning and Paula, the manager was took my order, and saw me at the window. I ordered a Breakfast Jack and a combo with a coffee. Usually I would have a sandwich missing but she got it all in there and also asked if I needed ketchup. She was super polite. When I had to go back to order 6 more Breakfast Jacks with hash browns for my family she still had everything down perfect with a good amount of napkins and didn't fail to ask if I needed any sauces.
