Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors — Restaurant in California

My food was delicious and I was happy however I went with a friend who has a gluten allergy and told the cashier this when she ordered. She asked them to tell the cook so that there wouldn't be any cross contamination. The cashier went and told the manager instead who then came over and talked to my friend. She again explained to the manager that she has a gluten allergy and would become very ill if there was any cross contamination and again, asked them to notify the cook of this. From there she could see that nobody ever went and spoke with the cook (open kitchen) and then watched as the cook picked up my ingredients (which contained gluten) and then handled hers without ever...

Do not order from this Pick Up Stix!! They can't get orders right even when they are not busy. I ordered two adult entrees and one kids menu item. My husband picked up our order and found that the Crispy Honey Shrimp we ordered was not in the bag. I might add this was a $1388 item which we did not get....not even the rice to go with it. My husband ordered some extra rice not realizing they shorted our order which included beef and chicken. The beef was inedible as it was tough and full of fat. IF you order from these folks be sure and take your order apart at the counter prior to leaving to insure they haven't messed...

So my and my wife want to try this place for this first time since we have buy 1 entrees got another entrees free coupon we got 2 entrees and said of chow mein for the kids , it’s possibly be one entrees free but they choose chow mein free and manager said oh it’s the system!! Believe me I work in restaurant I know how system work if you been training to be good customer service since we try it for first time . I left my entrees how is there is no taste at all .. this is my first time and %100 will be my last time it all start from service to food and then leaving the restaurant...
