It was a typical Taco Bell run, or so I thought. I was in the drive-thru lane, deciding on what I wanted to eat, maybe hoping for a quick stop without too much hassle. But then I encountered Laura. Honestly, her interaction completely changed how I looked at the whole experience. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker, I could tell there was something different about her approach. She didn’t just say the usual “Hi, welcome to Taco Bell, what can I get for you today?” in a robotic way. No, there was actual warmth in her voice. I don’t know what it was maybe it was the slight enthusiasm, or just the way she genuinely sounded like she cared about what I was about to order but I immediately felt like I was dealing with someone who wasn’t just doing their job but was actually invested in making sure everything went well. I started with the usual a chicken quesadilla and a Cheesy Gordita crunch, nothing too crazy but Laura didn’t rush me. She didn’t rush me at all, which honestly felt pretty rare for a drive-thru. I’ve been in situations where the person on the other side of the speaker is clearly ready to get the order over with as quickly as possible, moving through the steps without a second thought. But Laura wasn’t like that. She took her time to ask follow-up questions, ones that weren’t just for the sake of filling in the blanks but actually showed she was paying attention to what I was saying. For instance, when I asked for a cheesy Gordita crunch, she didn’t just say, “Okay, one Cheesy Gordita crunch , anything else?” No, she actually asked, “Would you like any extra cheese with that?” And the way she asked, it was like she genuinely wanted to know if I wanted the extra cheese, like it wasn’t just a checklist for her to go through. So I would say a 10/10 experience at this Taco Bell. I would also like to add how when I came in last week with my little brother, she was on the other side of the food area, making my meal alone and honestly everything was well portioned, well wrapped, and handled with care. When she called out my name for the order so asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything else. Super great employee and seriously cares...
Read moremy family and i typically come to this taco bell, it was actually considered my favorite location because they USED to be extremely good in costumer service, accommodating and understanding.
i have worked in customer service for over 2 years. the girl working the drive thru orders at 3:30pm on december 4th was extremely rude and borderline helpless. i do not know if she was a new worker but what i do know is that is not how you treat customers. i am a person who likes to get the things that i like, and stay loyal to those items. i wanted to see if they were able to change things in the current boxes they had to things i do like (they are unable to do that, to which i understood and just bought the things i like individually. i believe that the second the manager took over the order was when she felt “fed up”).
it was not busy and we were not rude at all. she proceeded to try to rush us, and when we got to the window, all she told us was the total. no greetings or smiles, nothing, which is completely out of character for this location my family and i frequent.
because we have never had an issue with this location, we felt no need to check our bags. one of our items was missing, and two of our items were poorly wrapped with one not even wrapped at all!
what is going on with costumer service nowadays? if you are unable to mask your true feelings or unable to be understanding and patient, do not work in...

Note to the Store Manager - Who is that crusty old security guard who hangs out there? Does he ever leave the restaurant? He works for "Security Alliance", but he needs to go and here's why - I spend money 💰 everytime I enter the restaurant. You store manager have seen me and we've had conversation, you even complimented me as a valued customer. But this security guard harasses me everytime I'm in the restaurant. He also asks VERY PERSONAL QUESTIONS like how much money 💰 do I have? What I have and how much is NO one's business but my own, I'm sure you'd agree. You need to let the company know this guard needs an attitude adjustment or remove him. He is very unprofessional and not a...
