Jersey Mike’s Subs — Restaurant in California

Been coming to this jersey mikes for years since it opened. Tonight, my husband was coming from out of town back home and we live down the street from this location so I looked ahead of time to confirm they closed at 9pm to make sure they were still open. Pretty frustrated right now though because he just went in to the shop to order and did not have a great experience at all. He was told by the employees working currently that they already stopped serving. He was literally just there at 8:20pm for one sandwich to go. It’s not like he got there five minutes before closing or had a crazy big order. If this shop truly does close at 9pm on Fridays, then that is pretty messed up to not serve a customer 40 minutes prior to closing just because they do not feel like it. And if the hours have changed then please notify Google to update their site. Not sure we will be coming back here with how...

I want to say I love it but I have been there several times and they never give me the correct sub I order. I told the manager today, he looked at me like he didn't know what to say??? Today I ordered a veggie, it had one green pepper slice on it. I took the sub back and asked for another sub. The Male worker said I threw the bag at him??? One week ago I walked into the store and the lady behind the counter never looked up or noticed me. The man can from the back kitchen area and said what can I get you. I gave my order and for 20.00 for one sandwich, the turkey was sliced sooo thin it was barley there. He only put 4 slices on. I asked are you putting anymore on? He stated for an extra charge.
