Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in California

I experienced a injustice at one of the locations in Sacramento off of fulton, A neighborhood where they serve alot of different Minorities. I am a African American Women. I over heard the lady which I later found out was a Manager say to her employee, As she tried to Whisper "You Know How They Are" 😟😲 I was being very Polite to her. Her whole disposition twords me and my friend was Very upsetting And Very rude .She acted as if we should Not even be eating there.. It made me Very Uncomfortable, Very upset. We paid out 30$, Maybe it was because we wanted 2 Hot steak sandwiches with Mayo , Jalapenos with a Tomato 🤔 She's Teaching her staff to be the same way Very Rude ..She acted Very Racist Twords us. I Told her how she made me feel and she brushed it off..Im going to Contact Corporate..But Maybe they Approve of these kinds of behaviors Twords African Americans..Now adays you never Know 🤔 I was there 4/25/2023 right...

Food is ok, but this place must not like to make money. I tried to go there on 6/9/21. I called ahead to place my order since I knew they'd be closing soon. I was told they aren't taking phone orders and that I had to order instore. I got there a few minutes later at 850 only to find the doors locked and the workers inside shouting that they are closed.

First, if your hours state you're open until 9, you should be open until 9. Second, you probably should have mentioned when I called that you were closed or were closing early. Finally, not really a complaint, but why are you closing at 9pm on a Friday? That sounds a little early to me. Anyway, I've never been impressed with this location and after this experience I'll be getting my food elsewhere. I can spend my money anywhere and I'd rather spend somewhere that wants and appreciates...

First time I've ever eaten here and I found it through a friend who swears by them. First off let me start by saying that the portions and the food were both very much worth it, the giant is massive and I could only get through half of it which is a good thing because that means I have a second sandwich for dinner tonight. My rating is solely based off the service. I walked in and wasn't greeted for at least a min and they weren't busy. Second when asked how I wanted my sandwich I expressed I had never been there so one girl told me what would be on my #2 and I said everything but tomatoes and add pickle and jalepeno. I got home to find no pickle, no jalapeño and no onion but of course tomatoes all over it. I'll give them another chance but if it's something that happens again I won't be back because I don't see it being that...
