Jimmy Dean's — Restaurant in California

Where do I even start. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review but this is one of those times. First off the burger was mediocre at best, dry patty, not enough salt, and completely tasteless. Just 30 minutes later and my stomach has completely stopped and is informing me of an eviction notice for the food I just ate. The onion rings without exaggeration were the worst ones I’ve ever had, it looked like they were dry aged for a month and then deep fried 3 times until I was eating a ring of a dried up boot.

The curly fries were the only good food item there, but if that’s enough for this place to get a 4.5 stars then my cereal I had today was a 3 star Michelin star meal. Do yourself a favor and go to the IN-N-OUT 5 minutes away, it will save you a day of a...

The food was great but it doesn’t make up for the very negative attitude and overall horrible service that I experienced from Alejandra who was working cashier and drive-thru. She also seems to believe that tortillas and bread are the same thing because that’s what she said when I asked if there was a substitute for bread with my steak breakfast. Please get a better cashier.

I also asked if they offer salsa when I got my food and Alejandra said the only option was Tapatio(which is hot sauce, not salsa) so I didn’t get to enjoy my meal the way I was expecting to. I ordered the Philly style cheese steak sandwich and my husband ordered a Pastrami sandwich and curly fries. The fries were o.k. The rolls for the sandwiches was awful, stale and dry. We both scooped out the contents of our sandwiches and threw out the rolls. The cheese steak wouldn't stay in the roll to begin with because there wasn't enough cheese to hold the bits of meat together. The prices on the menu in the pictures (on Google maps) was way off!
