Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in California

Michele Perez needs to be fired or given some extra training…she will mean mug a line as they come in like it’s their fault they want their product…I’m sorry but ghetto hood attitudes have no place in customer service even at a Little Caesar’s. Either she’s high or hates her life but either way PUT HER IN THE BACK OR GET HER OUT PLEASE! I have personally seen her give attitude and make rude remarks to customers as well as myself several times when asking about online orders or even questions about the menu. If you’re picking up for a doordash/ubereats order, she’s even more rude and the only one at the front register. The whole PM staff needs to be trained on customer service if she’s the only one allowed at the front register, which again there are two and it doesn’t matter how busy they are, she will be the only one up front…mean muggin for no...

This place is great. The staff is awesome, I come here A LOT. their card machine has been down twice so far causing me atm fees and one time even having to drive back home during rush hour to get cash. Other than that they always make fresh pizza and within 10 minutes.

Update: Pls get more chairs for your customers to sit and wait for their orders.

This place gets very packed and yet there’s only 2 chairs here and TONS OF EMPTY ROOM FOR A FEW MORE CHAIRS OR A BENCH. People just standing around for 20 min waiting for their orders.

When ordering from the app - they don’t get my order about 30-50% of the time. So better to just call them. Not sure if it’s the app to blame or some...

Don’t come here unless you’d like to waste your time. Placed my order over the phone at 8pm. They stated it would be ready in about 15 mins. so my mother and I made a quick trip to the store and stopped by afterward to pick up our order, only to find that our food was not ready and that they now had to make our order because “no one has it.” I am now here 46 mins. later waiting for the same order that was placed almost an hour ago. Finally, the woman tells the man making the pizzas to finish our order only to find that it was indeed finished but was sitting on their back counter for who knows how long. THANK YOU...
