Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in California

I used the self service kiosk ysterday. Very convenient!! I ordereda Hawaiian pizza which is always delicious. The only problem i had was that when i got home and opened the box the pizza looked very dry. I had ordered it via the Little Ceasars app and then a few minutes later i got a notification that it was ready (way to fast for a fresh pizza). It appears that there happened to be a Hawaiian pizza in the main hotbox behind the counter that was probably going to be thrown away so they threw it in the self service hotbox for my order. I understand not waisring product but that was not cool. I was starving so i ate one slice. Hopefully i can bring back the pizza and exchange it for a fresh one today. It took me almost an hour to get my so called "Hot and ready pizza". I placed and paid for my pizzas and was told my order would be ready in"4-6min". 15min later, I was still waiting. When I asked why my food was taking so long, they said it should be out soon. Another 15min passes and I go back to ask if my food was ready and the young lady tells me " I'm sorry, they forgot to start your order".WTH????!!!! The only reason I didn't demand my money, is because my nephew actually likes there pizza, and this is what he requested. Whew!!!! The love I have for that boy!!!! I waited a half hour for undercooked cold crazy bread and a burnt hot and ready! As I was waiting someone came in and was able to get the same order as mine right away. The people working there are very slow and unorganized and no system in place for satisying orders in a timely matter. I watched the lady in the back take MINUTES to slice one pizza while 3 racks of the crazy bread I was waiting for sat next to her getting cold! All that coupled with the druggies and ghetto people lurking around the front makes this a place I wont go to...
