Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

Something was missing from my bag when I went through the drive through. So I parked and went in to get it. When I walked in there were two other people waiting in line to order. I stood there for about five min before one of the ladies looked up and said she will be there in a min. She then finished what she was doing and then proceeded on another order. I then got irritated and said out loud "can we get some help up here?" That's when someone came out of the office. I thin she was the manager. She asked me what I needed. She then went and got what i was missing. While she was gone the first lady called out a guys name and the guy who was sitting in the office said "what?" She then asked him to come out and he then said "why?" I said "so we can get some help!" He then comes walking out slowly and said I thought they were being helped and I said "no! I have been helped but she hasn't and he hasn't" pointing to the two that were sti standing there with no help. I asked him if he was a manager he said he wasn't. Owning a business myself, its appalling to me that these young kids just sit and do nothing when there is always...

I ordered in the drive thru. Came in a few minutes later and told them that the order was wrong. I was not rude, loud or uncouth. The final person in the assembly line said that it was my fault, in a rude tone, because I had told the girl at the window it was my order. First off, I had only heard the girl at the window say "chicken" and then I said, "thanks" and drove off. I was the only one in line for a few minutes, so for me to get the order of person behind me means that whomever was inside messed up the layout of the orders. Now again, I was not rude or anything and just told rude finisher lady "ok" to her saying that it would be a minute. I waited for three orders to be made before I looked in the back to see if my order was being made. Once they saw me looking, they started making my order. The entire time, rude lady kept shooting me dirty looks and saying that it was my fault about my order. I didn't take any extra food or drink, didn't complain, didn't make a scene, yet I was treated like I did. Then the food. There was barely any of what was supposed to go inside...

I think I’m the five years I’ve lived next to this location my order has been competently wrong. 35% I get what I want. The sour cream is usually jammed into the end of the burrito. Food is messy. Service is terrible and forced. This is coming from a prior manager of the brand name Who was employed 7 years. This specific location is completely horrible. Management is rude to when I comfronted them with a what haopened. At order screen I had to correct the order because speaker was laughing and talking to someone else. When corrected I received attitude. When asked to repeat I still didn’t get what I had ordered. At window I had the window slammed on me when communicating to management while pointing behind at me. Windo taker could not provide store number. Manager came to window was standoffish closed Window and came back with a hand written store phone number and a name and closed window with no other words spoken. This store constantly messes up orders and at this point it’s my stupidity to continue to waste my money and my time on employees and obviously a brand...
