The current owner/manager of the Sonora franchise is a cheapskate. They’ll happily advertise a deal, complete with terms & conditions, then change those terms on the spot to cheat you out of the deal. For instance, their logic is that you have to prove you saw the deal, even though you wouldn’t be mentioning it if you didn’t. The pizza is what you pay for, cheap but alright. The crew is usually disjointed, if there’s even a crew rather than just one person there due to the fact no one wants to work there due to how this owner/manager treats their employees. I've been using this store for a number of years, and the experience is always varied. Sometimes pizza is actually hot fresh and ready, sometimes you have to wait 5, 10, 20 or even once had to wait almost 45 minutes to get my order. The mobile app does seem to make things easier, but out of the half dozen or so times I've used the app, only once was my pizza ready and in the portal on time. Every other time its anywhere from 5-15 minutes late, meaning the employees are not doing their jobs and checking, because it only takes 15 minutes for the pizza to be made, and my order is always placed at least 20 minutes in advance of my arrival due to drive time...

Great and super friendly service. Also- in response to one review about having to wait for a deep dish.... I don’t know that I’ve ever been to any little Caesar’s that has a deep dish pizza just hanging around ready and waiting to be ordered. They usually only have the ‘hot-n-ready’ pizzas (cheese or pepperoni) and breadsticks.. some places might also have ready a few extra most bestest, made up in whatever style they sell the most of.
