Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in California

LC's lunch special is one of the best around - for about $5.50 you get 4 generous slices of pan pizza (Cheese or pepperoni) and a 20oz soda. However the last time we ordered, we had trouble correcting an order from this location... LC was pointing at the delivery service; and vice versa. I ended up having to call LC headquarters... it never should have escalated to that! This time, we did a call-in pick-up. All looked well, but after a few bites it was obvious that there wasn't any sauce (2 different slices. On the other 2 slices, each had about a quarter-sized spot of sauce. They were kind of side by side. It was really disappointing. After the poor customer service we received the previous time, we knew nothing would be done about it. Definitely nothing special about their"special." I guess I'd suggest to request extra sauce. Hopefully there won't be a 3rd strike. Hopefully! I took an extra star off because they also don't have the lil cookie packages anymore! Dig that...

In the past, I put to this place a 5 star rating. But now the service is now kind of horrible. For example if you do not check your pizza, the servise is gonna give you a horiblle old and overall very very dry pizza. So the people from the personal does not say anything until you say something like if the pizza is fresh ( you need to see just in case) or something else. Probably those people are gonna read this. Even after 30-45 minutes they will give you a non ready pizza and also a bread that is only half made. So you know who are you the people that does not have good service please could you try to improve in your quality of food. It is not the first time its notnthe first week. We ordered pizza + bread combo as well as brownie dessert. Picked it up from the portal as per the instructions. They gave me 2 bags of bread instead but I didn't notice until I got home. We called back and asked if they could refund the brownie. The manager, L-something, said we could drive back and pick up the brownie. We didn't want to drive back out so we asked for a refund. She said we'd STILL have to drive back WITH the pizza and bread to get a refund. Because that makes sense...
