McDonald's — Restaurant in California

Went during lunch. Ordered at the machine since they were busy. Went to sit down and the table and every single one of them were dirty. I went and stood at the counter to get something to wipe one off with. Waited 15 minutes and not one person looked at me. I wasn’t mad, just waiting. I heard someone start cussing saying she is tired of telling this girl every little thing to do while she runs around. There were some guys standing at the counter still waiting to order. After another 5 minutes the girl who has to be told everything to do asked me what I needed. I explained I needed a rag to wipe the table off so we could sit down. She continues to unfold about 5 feet of a paper towel roll and hand to me. I asked for spray to get the spilled, DRIED drink off the table and she got an attitude. Said she wasn’t going to give me spray and said she would have to do it. I told her all of them. She rolled her eyes and said what? While I was walking away so I told her all of them a little louder this time. We had about 5 other customers standing at the tables instead of sitting. Also the boys waiting to order ended up leaving since no one came to the counter. I hear workers cussing in the background. We were brought our food, still no one came to clean the table. I watched the girl who I asked to help stand there while she watched other people put food in bags. Rush hour slowed and I figured maybe just maybe someone would come clean a table. No such luck. We finished and I went to the counter to let someone else know that I was unsatisfied and the tables still needed cleaned. The girl who refused to turn around to acknowledge a customer actually came running when she saw I was letting someone else know about her. Got an attitude and rolled her eyes some more. We threw our trash away and got refills. While standing there we got to hear more foul language from the employees. But hey, the food was fresh. That warrants 2 stars....

Ordered the chicken club meal a large fry and a large soda at home I began to eat my chicken club sandwich as I bite down the chicken they put on my bread was half solid hard. I broke my front tooth because of this . I called and asked for a replacement. The lady I spoke with over the phone asked me my first name my last name and my phone number so she can write it down she then told me come back for a replacement tomorrow at my convenance and instructed me to inform whoever is working that I talked to sandy. The next day I do just that only to be informed that there is no sandy employed and that her termination was 3 months prior and there was no record of my complaint or call anywhere to be found. I then showed proof of my receipt and proof of my phone call. I then was able to get my replacement. Crispy chicken is only supposed to me held in the cabinet for 30 to 40 min. Just how long does it take to get so hard enough to break my tooth!!!! Very angry unsure what my next step needs to be but unprofessionally handled on their part and risked my health And taking legal actions isn't always the answer but im tired of getting bad things from california...

Went in here for a meal. Upon entering I noticed how dirty the place was. Tiles in entry way were filthy etc. Went to kiosk. Put in my order. It tells me to grab a number. There are no numbers. I go to counter. Nobody notices me for the longest time. Then finally she comes over and tells me they don’t have any and just put in 1. I go back to pay the kiosk and it won’t take my card. I wait again at the counter. Finally she comes over. I tell her the thing won’t read my card. She tells me to wait. And walks away. Nope. I’m gone. McDonald’s you had your chance. Your intention to shift the world into AI service isn’t working. I’ll be going to my locally owned eatery where the food is great and the service is fantastic. Burger Haus.
