I've never complained about a McDonald's before, but hey, there's a first time for everything, right? I've been coming here since it opened last year. I've never had problems with my orders, either in restaurant or drive thru. The food has always been decent, too, but the service at this location is AWFUL. The wait times are ridiculous, and it seems like most of the employees are bad attitudes personified, all operating in slow motion. I dont mind waiting or being asked to pull into the parking lot so as to not hold up the line, but what happened today is unforgivable, and I won't be patronizing this location anymore. There was 1 car (ONE) car in front of me, and I was told to pull forward to window 2 from the order taker. There was no one at the "pay here" window, nor window 1. The car in front of me (and myself, of course) waited 10 minutes before his order was delivered, and apparently it was wrong because the server left for another 5 minutes. All this time, new customers had pulled in and were being served by window 1, then pulling around my vehicle (barely squeezing by). The server came back, handed the customer his corrected order, and he drove away. I pulled up, already frustrated due to the long wait, and proceeded to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes for my order. All I ordered was 2 sausage Mcmuffins. That's all. Not even a drink. All this time customers being helped at window 1 were still getting their food and driving around me. Finally, after the 4th car behind me was served and left, I had enough and started yelling about what was taking so long to get my order - I still hadn't even paid for it yet! Finally, the girl came out and chastised me for being rude, to which I responded by being even more rude. And THEN she cussed at me. No, "I'm sorry for taking so long" or anything, just a big F.U. I used to work at McDonalds and if I or any of my coworkers had sworn at a customer it would have resulted in IMMEDIATE walking papers, but I guess that's just taken for granted now. Not by me though. I'm going to Jack In The Box when I want fast food from now on. Thanks for...
Read moreThis McDonald's is the worst. I took my kids, nieces, and nephews for a fun lunch and it was miserable. There is no person to take orders at this location, so I had to somehow navigate the computer and all the kids orders on my own which should be easy but after 25 mins and 55$ later I was very frustrated. Trying to find a table was rough because they were all dirty and wet. I went to grab some napkins to wipe it down but there were no napkins in any dispensers and no one works the front to ask. The bathrooms are all locked and with 6 kids bathroom runs are inevitable but impossible because there was no one to ask for a key or code. When we got our food the order was incorrect. They charge the same price for drinks as every other store but do not allow refills like the other stores. And The only women working there was clearly understaffed and over worked. She was doing her best but poor thing had zero help and ton of angry guests. This location is putting their staff and customers through hell trying to opperate this way. What used to be a fun kids fast food restaurant was a...
Read moreIt is unbelievable how often people get stereotyped and treated at fast food places. Me and a group of 3 which includes friends and siblings were just eating at this McDonald’s. Keep in mind that 2 of us are high school graduates and the other 2 are our siblings who are freshman in high school. We were just minding our business and playing games as we finished our food, and some random kids come along and throw racial stereotypes and insults at us. Yet, we choose to ignore them and continue our conversation. We were then rudely kicked out by a manager named melinda. She associated us with the random biker kids and told all of us to leave in an extremely rude tone. It was also without a warning and just because we “were not eating ” and “they don’t deal with kids”. We are not little kids and we’re not being disruptive. However we politely left and went to our cars. Yet, not even after we walked out, another worker had followed us to take a picture of us. Truly I have never been in more disbelief and shock at how we were treated. They truly shocked me as we were not mere kids that couldn’t behave in...
