McDonald's — Restaurant in California

I ordered a large SWEET tea and got to the window and watched the manager put UNSWEETENED tea in a cup, she then proceeds to hand me that cup, so i asked if it was SWEET tea because i seen her get it out of the pot that clearly said UNSWEET., she said " no, it's sweet tea". I then start to pull away but decided to make sure it was sweet, and low and behold it was UNSWEETENED tea. I then told the manager that it was definitely not sweet tea and she didn't apologize, no thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. I got my sweet tea but this is NOT the first time this has happened. I don't know if when i ask for a large sweet tea it sounds like I'm saying unsweetened tea or what. I don't know that I'll be back to this location. Especially when a MANAGER lies to your face even after i seen that she got the tea from the unsweetened tea container. I don't know if she didn't think i saw or that she really thought she got it from the sweet tea pot. At any rate, i rated 1 star because i...

This is the ONE McDonald's I will actually give a good review to. They definitely deserve it. Employees are kind and hard workers. They have not messed up on my order even once, but even if they did I'm confident they would make it up to me. I have a McDonald's right by my house, but needless to say I drive over to olive drive to come here because it's worth it.

Update: I rarely get mcdonalds, but I still continue to come to this one and they still haven't disappointed me. The customer service alone is what brings me back. The employees have conversations with you while you are waiting and it's just so nice to see people who are actually happy working fast food instead of miserable.
