Went in for a dollar drink and ended up getting some hashbrowns too. The inside looks new. Looks like the updated version of McDonald's. You can order at a kiosks behind the line, or at the cashier. There's some screens at a few tables in the back. I didn't see what they did.... The shift there @5:40pm looked cohesive and happy. I was wondering if it was the beginning of their shift or at the end, because they seemed happy and energized. They were: vibrant, team working, all busy, all interacting with each other, and I felt like their system (as long as it kept) was good for the customer. I don't really do McDonald's but I had a cool experience there for what it was. Ps. One of the leads in the striped shirt was very nice and extending his help everywhere, the cashier was trying to save me money, which is always a plus! And most of all! I felt like everyone was trying to make the customers happy by their words and tones and demeanors. Which is always a plus in sales. Hey it was enough for me to write about them. So yeah... Kudos for knew interior design. Make sure you keep it clean like today. Kudos for a good team work cohesiveness. a kudos for today's experience of customer service.
Con: That ramp. Was a horrible design! The walk way is over 30-40 feet from the step way. And you have small and sharp turns that probably wouldn't suit a wide or larger wheelchair and the distance is unnecessary. Even if it did increase parking spot numbers. So I'm sure you get negative remarks from your handicapped customers. I see where you can improve this issue...
Read moreThe problem I find is that McDonald's all over is going downhill. This is the new 5 star McDonald's experience. They have a few parking spots, dining room is small. Everything is through screens and applications. The difference, this McDonald's still gave me a refill when others are removing that offering. The meat patties were slightly smaller, but at least here they still had flavor of the seasoning. The staff were kind enough to make adjustments when I told them I had problems with adding pickles to my sandwich. This McDonald's in 2000 would be a 3 to 4. But in today's 2025, they are actually one of the better ones as everyone else is just disappointing for...
Read moreThis one of the smallest McDonald's I've ever visited, and it is one of the busiest. Surprisingly, it is one of the few I don't have to go back to because of missing items from my order. Very nice staff, especially those taking orders in the drive-thru (wish I had all their names to recognize them all personally). There is always a very pleasant African American lady taking orders in the morning who should be recognized for her customer service skills. Her name is Roxanne and it doesn't seem to matter how busy she is, she still manages to say or wave hello in-between...
