I grew up near by and this has been my experience my whole time going ...

The food is usually good, location is good its a corner spot right next to a liquor store across the street with a crowd of "aggravated men" almost always there.

They tend to get orders wrong very frequently very very frequently ...

They got cheap brown bags that'll rip on you if you let it sit it in for to long for example the car ride home.

They say they have al pastor but there "al pastor" tastes a lot like carne. I've ordered it more then once and always got the carne "al pastor" instead of actually al pastor.

There drinks are good.

They also very rarely but I've seen it done firsthand add a couple dollars on top of everything for some reason, so make sure you check the prices once, twice maybe even three times. Ima even go as far to say price check everything you want calculate it and make sure they don't try anything. It's a sketchy spot I can't wait till there gone to see what's next.

Also if you eat around there you got a chance at seeing a car crash cause everyone in that area drives like someone's...

Completely by far the worst customer service experience ever! The cashier lady completely unprofessional and argumentative. RUDE!! After I asked her to drop the conversation and just give me my money back she still tried forcing me a sale and wanted to hand me the food that I no longer wanted. I didn’t want their services anymore after her attitude and rudeness. She tried to convince me to take the food and my change after I told her no, another employee attempted to also convince me to take the food but I wanted my money back I made it clear I no longer wanted the food ordered at the drive thru. So they still charged me $5 because I took a tiny sip of the drink they handed over prior to charging or handing me my food! $5 for a sip of a drink that I didn’t even want I didn’t even take! After all that I wasn’t going to drink or eat their food it might have got me sick! Bad energy in that kitchen for sure! Nevertheless I will never return here! I believe in second chances but I won’t be applying that here NEVER AGAIN!!!! WORST...

No drinks, no combos, no good service. No one was in line around 1pm yesterday. I pulled up and waited a while before they ask for my order I request a burrito combo, they say ok. She didn’t ask for my drink so I figured she’ll probably ask when she realizes it’s a combo. We get to the drive thru window, the cashier is just counting money, yapping it up about her eyelashes, texting on her phone, and only then did she decide to turn her head and stare at me before helping. She didn’t say hello just told me the total. I get my order, I ask for my drink and she says they don’t have combos and just turns back around to her conversation. No wonder this place is only good when drunk you don’t notice the bad quality service you’re subjected to after a party or a good time. The food is getting worst there were more chunks of uncooked fat and meat I probably have to go when there are people it tasted like the meat came from the bottom of the barrel. Taco Bell is better than Tios now and that’s incredible! Work on your meat than making...
