I am not quite sure if it's the ind. owner or the franchise, but this location has severely went downhill. I have been going to this location for several years (somewhere in the 10 yr range) and up until roughly 2 years ago, it was great. I understand that a balance between customer service and profitability may be difficult right now, but its definitely the wromg time to cut corners and allow certain business practices to carry on. Whats worse..the managers (I presume are in the black shirts) are there, ignoring the problem and continue to allow it to happen (based upon the flyer on the door..the seem to be making decent $$ and I'm sure someone else may appreciate it more). I understand about the price increases, but when you mix in other things, I start to wonder if this is still the place for me. The last five times (yes 5), I have had to wait for one or more items in my family meal. Sometimes, only a couple of minutes..but the last two times, over 10 min each. The orange chicken has several pieces not coated at all, the boxes have been roughly 90-95% full, the mango tea is out over 50% of the time, 1 out of 5x, I was told they didn't have any mustard (hot mustard..a common item for Asian food) and all of the people there do not seem happy at all. Lack of training, wrong people in the wrong roles, incentives for Mgr cost cutting, lack of qualified candidate pool, lack of owner awareness..whatever it is, it's not good. I would rather you close the location and force me to travel to a different location that managed...

I asked for white rice chowmain and shrimp. She accidentally messed my order my not putting in the chow main. I asked her politely to fix it and she grunted and said something to her friend that made her friend laugh and look at us and put back the rice off my bowl that was touching my shrimp back into the pot. What if someone was allergic to seafood. She served super small portions . I had to ask her 3 times to include something when we were paying for our meal and shes like "stop I'm doing some thing" and then acts tied and gets it .I'm not going...
Read moreI would like to thank Panda Express for sticking to their guns. I was in there tonight with about 15 peoples socially distanced and masked except for 2 (man and women) at the counter screaming that it is against the law to not serve them just because they were not wearing masks. The woman screamed for about 15 minutes about how the people that were wearing a mask were the ones breaking the law and that it was the law that Panda Express had to serve them. They were ridiculous. It was clearly posted on the door that you must have a face covering to be served. Their screaming exposed several people to their spittle. I was very happy to see that Panda did not serve them despite the women's ...
