Beware! So disappointed! Thought I had found a great local seafood restaurant. The first time I ordered the garlic butter lobster tail I really enjoyed it. Tonight I ordered the same thing, I went and picked up the order, drove all the way home and the discovered it was the wrong order. It had a spicey sauce on it that I can't eat. Happens right? I called and let them know and they said they would remake it. This was a little annoying because I have to make a second trip but I understand this happens. I drove all the way back to the restaurant to pick up the remake. They would not give it to me, because I didnt have the original order with me. I was shocked, I have never heard of this. I left empty handed with no food. They did not refund my money or give me the remake the order. They told me they needed "proof" of the messed up order. This is the craziest thing I have ever heard of. It makes me wonder, what were they going to do with the order if I had brought it? Re-sell it? So disappointed. I will never go back . Read moreThe fact that this location didn't bother to try and find my PickUp order while I was there or explain what happened when I know I placed it, But responded to a review post w/ private information on Google review to prove a point is disgusting for an establishment. Protect your customers information and do your job while they are there is my point. Everytime I come here I expect bad service and to be neglected at my table. The first time the manager didn't explain the sides right and said no they don't have corn as a side (n they did) but I was met with her attitude. Like honestly management needs to be more attentive and not absent, and inconsiderate to paying customers. I'll go elsewhere I had a terrible experience multiple times. It's a shame.

I am writing to formally report a deeply disappointing and hurtful experience I had at your location on June 18 at approximately 9:20 PM.
As I approached the main entrance, I noticed that foggers were running, which made it unsafe to enter through that door. I chose to enter through an alternate door that was already open. Upon entering, the receptionist on duty treated me with shocking disrespect and displayed clear bias based on my skin color. Her tone, body language, and words were inappropriate, unwelcoming, and humiliating.
This kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable, especially in a professional and customer-facing environment. I kindly request that management and higher authorities review the security footage from the time and date mentioned, and take appropriate disciplinary action against the receptionist involved. Such behavior must be addressed so that no other customer has to experience racism or prejudice at your establishment.
