Panino's is absolutely a MUST STOP in Santa ynez. I visited as a pitstop on a road trip and got so much more than I was expecting. The food was out of this world amazing. I got the turkey and brie on baguette (10/10), my husband got the ham and Swiss on focaccia (10/10), and my MIL got the tuna sandwich on whole wheat sourdough (10/10).
