On July 20th I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, drink, sauces ect. for pickup. I get back to my hotel and find that the pizza is not the stuffed crust I had ordered. The husband had a few beers and didn't want to drive back so I call them to explain the problem and they reluctantly had another pizza delivered (The hotel was a little over a mile away). The delivery guy didn't have my hotel # for some reason so I met him in the office. I give him his tip but he wants full payment for the replacement pizza. I explain to him a few times what happened and ask him to call his manager. He doesn't have the number. So I call and am on hold for 10 min. with the driver in the hotel lobby. This was very annoying and embarrassing. Finally my husband comes out with the original pizza, gives it to the driver and just takes our replacement pizza and we leave. Still on hold, the call is finally answered. A flustered woman tries to find out what the situation is and offers a $10 credit on my $30 order, available through my pizza hut account. At this point I'm annoyed, embarrassed and hungry so I agree and hang up. So today 8/2 I am back in Sacramento and log into my Pizza Hut account and big surprise, no credit. When I picked up my pizza originally someone else was complaining about a wrong order so I get the impression that this happens a lot in this location. The correct order that we ended up taking from the driver who thought we were trying to steal the pizza was good. I love the stuff crust pizzas there but dang it's just not worth dealing with...

I use to work for the food industry (also as a manager) so I know what it like to be in chaotic situations. What made the experience more irritating and challenging was seeing the manager acting nonchalant and melancholy about the whole thing. Had this IDGAF attitude. Yes she was trying to fix things, but DID NOT stay communicative with staff or customers. It was sad to see a newbie in training in the midst of all this and he kept leaving his register, leaving customers confused on why there is Noone to help. The ONLY employee who was also cashier, acted/worked more like a manager that was there!!!! He was apologetic!!! He stayed communicating with his peers and was working diligently/thoroughly with them!!!! I couldn't believe how hard he was working with a manager like that.(I forgot his name) So rude to a point she acted like it was my fault! She rudely notified me that I would not be getting a refund. I wasn't looking for one. I just wanted my food to be remade that's all. I was practically waiting 2hrs at this point. I am a very understanding person, but not when it comes to lazy not caring managers. Hopefully owners will see our negative reviews on this godforsaken store, it's bad in there and they need help. Dude tells me theyre backed up and it could take a lil over an hour. Im like thats fine im hungry anyway. So an hour goes by at this time its almost 1 am. So i call to check and tell them not to ring the doorbell. He tells me that all the deliveries went out which i knew was a lie. Because 1 im sure hes the same one that took my order and 2 why would you answer the phone at 12:50am if you close at 12am. Anyway he tells me the order never got placed. No call back no nothing i just waited an hour for nothing. He says he can give me store credit. The next morning the manager calls me and ask how i ordered a pizza at 12:45 so i told him the story. Of course i was curious how much store credit i got because i was still craving pizza and the douche bag from last night never even gave me the store credit but luckily the manager gave me store credit because i was getting ready to go off. But to top it off 2/27 the same day the manager calls me i call back later to try and place an order and no answer. Just rings.
