Pizza Hut — Restaurant in California

Customer service is really bad.I called in a order and was told it will be ready in 15 minets, knowing that places like this get busy I came in after 50 minutes of ordering. They told me it's gonna be ready in 15 minutes after I paid for it in the store. This is messed up cos they don't trust the customer. The reason they came up with was they didn't get the order in time but they had the receipt printed and on the counter before I got in the store. I wouldn't come here again or recommend any one. Just wasted my time. I still waited since I was already here, once the pizza was ready I asked for plates pepper and parmesan cheese. I was told that they don't carry plates anymore and the cheese and pepper costs $1.00 a pack. Weren't even sorry for the delay. There are a lot of pizza places around. The reciept I was given showed the time it was printed and it was 5 minutes after I ordered so they had 45 minutes and still made me wait. Customer is why any business exists at least don't lie to them. I feel sorry for the owner because once people order and get the refund because of the poor service, the workers can take the pizza home. I think...

Disappointing Remember when you could get a three piece Breadsticks with a soda meal at a Pizza Hut Express for less than $5? I loved it. I was trying to bring that flavor back by ordering the 5 piece Breadsticks, even though it's nearly three times the price and doesn't include a drink. It comes out close to $3 per Breadstick, not including delivery fees, so it's a rare expensive splurge. I tried three times. The first time, I showed up in person and was told they only take orders online now. I could have pulled out my phone to order online, but I was too hangry to give them my business that day. Months later, I tried ordering from this location through Doordash. They didn't give me the sauce for my Breadsticks. Today, I decided to try Doordash one more time. The bottom half of the Breadsticks were hard and crunchy, as if they left the Breadsticks cooking on the pan after pulling them out of the oven. There was also cinnamon on one of the Breadsticks. Workers made our order incorrectly. We specifically ordered for vegetarian pizza and they gave us a meat pizza. We called in to let them know about how they did our order incorrectly and what we could do. They said that they will give us credit and that next time we order we can give them our phone number.

Today, we called in to order another pizza and gave them our phone number. We were transferred several times and were placed on hold for a while. We got a hold of the manager there who was working on June 24th 2024 at 8:30pm. He was very rude to us saying that he doesn't see a credit and that he doubts we even had a conversation of credit in the first place. He asked us if we had the worker's name who gave us credit and we said no they only stated to give our phone number for credit.
