Pizza Hut — Restaurant in California

On Sunday, February 14, 2021, at approximately 6:00 p.m., I placed a pick-up pizza. When I got to PizzaHut to pick up my order (#0280) the line inside the store was ridiculous long. There were so many people inside (about 15 customers), that I am certain it was unsafe to be around so many people due to Covid. It did not click to any of the employees to start a line outside well, not until about 30-minutes after an employee came out and said that some people needed to be outside. I was so confused about how management was running this store. Because when I got there I was told that I needed to make a line at the cashier line, even though my order was paid online. So I did. ARE THE EMPLOYEES KEEPING OUR FOOD WE PAY FOR? I have yet to receive my full order from this place and the food is undercooked. They add an exorbitant amount in delivery fees. Don't order delivery from this place. It DOUBLES your total amount and they never send out everything you ordered. You're just paying extreme prices and getting ripped off. Super curious what that delivery fee is for since they also don't provide napkins, pepper flakes or Parm cheese packets without additional costs. I ordered a pepperoni pizza yesterday during my lunch break for pick-up. It was ready within 15mins. Great service, the girl who helped me was very customer-service oriented and gave me free dipping sauce because I had ordered ranch with it and they had run out. I only eat pizza with ranch sauce but the blue cheese she gave me was pretty good too.
