Culeras . I got a nuez ice cream and it was so gooey and it tasted like old ice cream . I told the worker if I could get an exchange for another flavor because I was so disappointed in the texture and flavor . She proceeded to taste the nuez with a spoon and she said that’s how it taste and that’s how it is and she cannot exchange for another . 1 single scoop in a cup ? They have multiple flavors and they cannot be courteous or understand that not everyone will choose the right flavor ? It cost me almost 4$ for one scoop and they can’t have good customer service ? I had to pay .50 cents more because I purchased something under 15$ . Even McDonald’s exchanges and even the taco guy from the corner.

The owner replied insulting me and telling me I have a bad palette ? I think it’s her who has bad taste or delusional Im pregnant and I’m very very picky with my food and I’m not swallowing something that is not good quality . Toxic women work here they gave me dirty looks when they saw me walking towards the counter with my ice cream and they looked at each other when I complained nicely and told them the ice cream is not good . I personally like the ice cream, it's something new. Some flavors like the Abuelitas chocolate ice cream and the strawberries and milk ice cream just taste like plain chocolate and strawberry ice cream. Furthermore, the prices and sizes that they correlate with are outrageous, your ice cream is good but 4 medium cups of ice cream that are barely filled should not total $35. I can basically get the same flavors and size from Rite-Aid and pay half of what you guys charge and it's just as great. Plus I can get paletas from the same brand and flavors from the superior next to your location for $1 each or a box of assorted flavors for $5-$7. If you have money to spare then by all means go to this location, I'm sure you'll enjoy your ice cream but if you're looking to buy quality ice-cream at a cheaper price just walk on over to Rite-Aid and buy a tub or a $5 cup with 4 scoops of ice cream and...

The worst cueritos order I ever had!! It tasted like they were washed up with dish soap, chamoy and lemon tasted like nothing!! It was for sure deluted with water. Nasty nasty 🤢 🤮 I am sorry but I do try to give good ratings but this order and place left me no room for it. I regret buying from la michoacana period! first and last time!
