I went to exchange a pants and a shirt. So I was changing the clothes for another since they don't do refunds,the lady charged me full price for the new set I wanted and wanted to keep my money from my last cost when I wanted to pay the difference and the security was onto me while shopping and treated me as if I was doing something wrong. They stole me money and didn't want to give me back my old recipets to show them the difference. The worst shop ever. Never again is going to shop here. None of the fittings rooms are working. You have to take everything home to wear and nobody tells you that they don’t even have refund so if the dress doesn’t suite you opaaaaa they don’t do refund credit only and at the end when they decide ok we are doing credit somebody comes smells the dress and tells that you have tried it we cant make refund 😂😂😂😂. ⚠️ WARNING: don’t buy dresses here or anything tight… they tell you that you have a day to return on dresses, but what they DONT tell you is that all exchanges are FINAL SALE… and the fitting rooms are CLOSED. I spent over $70 and only got one item I liked worth $12. Such a waste of money. This return policy should be illegal.
