Burger King — Restaurant in Compton

As a frequent buyer cause it's easy and usually hood tasting food. I'm tired of them getting my good wrong. I ordered food for my vegetarian wife that hasn't had beef in years, spit out a chunk of burger and say "this isn't a vegetarian burger like the wrapper said." Just happened.

This isn't the first time. I've come to the point where I sit in the drive thru and make everyone wait until I check my food.

When I called to ask for a replacement since I only live 2 minutes away their phone was connected to what seems the internet or fax machine which seems ridiculous but yes I heard the 90's daily tone.

So there you have it. Will I continue to go here? yes... but now I have to be that jerk and check all my food and make sure it all correct first,...

Young kid who took my order was top class but as soon as I pulled up to the window there was this other chick there who charged me and proceeded to make me wait 9 minutes for my food simply even though I saw it lined up and ready but she acted like she couldn't communicate and avoided looking in my direction, she didn't gave me my starws or even bothered to hand me my food since she noticed me observing her. All in all very unprofessional from that young lady and pretty petty on her part. Being from here, I know what service could be like but damn even the people in the hood who try to be nice and civilized get rolled over by these...

I go there almost all the time but when I go thru drive -thru theirs always a Hispanic lady taking the orders and it's hard to understand what she's saying And ends up giving you what ever she understood and ends up being the wrong food. Multiple times that has happened to me I try to understand but it's just been 4 times already I haven't went back because I'm running late to work but I'll appreciate if they had someone that talked proper English or at least understands the basics. As well, as for the food when asked freashly made there shouldn't be no attitude because I am paying for what I'm eating there for I should get what...
